The location was unbeatable, very near the centre and the main Serdica metro station. The room was well furnished and spacious. A good gym and sauna. The breakfast was fabulous with all the usual things plus lots of Greek savouries and sweets. There isn't really anything to fault the Central Hotel. We would go back in a heart beat.

The room with kitchenette was spacious and well-equipped. Lovely property nicely decorated and modern. Very friendly, helpful reception staff, and ideal location—central to primary sights and excellent restaurants. We loved the Agora Boutique and would stay there again.

Came for an Energy conference and only stayed one night. Got an unexpected free upgrade and breakfast and a gorgeous modern corner room. The hotel has a gym and a pool however if you plan to swim (like I did) you need a swimming cap and entrance is 20 eur extra. Staff were all great very helpful and best thing: no waiting times at checkin or checkout.

"Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming."
