Private fishing pier and boathouse with 2 trolling motor bass boats for rent ($100/day per boat), 2 Kayaks for rent ($40/day per kayak). 20 acres to enjoy walking and exploring. Wonderful house with stunning wood floors and all the amenities you will need for a nice long relaxing time in the peaceful piney woods of East Texas. Very close to lake O' the pines and Barnwell Mountain recreational area. 3 miles from Barnwell Mountain ATV park and 5 miles from Lake O' the Pines boat ramp.
