"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "If your looking for a place close to the train station this is great. A little bit of a trek up hill to get to the city center where everything is. No breakfast unless you think packaged biscuits and bread breakfast, not happy about that. "
