Dear Suzanne, I am sorry and surprised to read about your personal experience in your review. You had only mentioned the cutlery which we will of course replenish right away. But you were very happy when we texted and I checked in with you upon arrival and during your stay. Our pictures represent exactly what you are getting and you can see the furnishings. Our bedrooms and sizes of beds are listed on the property description. Our kitchen has every possible gadget and kitchen machine, even le Creuset pans and pots and 2 professional ovens, micro, shelves of cups, plates, bowls, and glasses, of which one broke in your hands. I am totally okay with feedback that helps owners to improve but this review seems to be the total opposite of what a pretty new, big property in beautiful nature with views from every big and clear window deserves. We are waiting for the custom cabinet maker to replace that hinge in the kitchen (damage from previous guest and during COVID workmen are much busier). I could have guided you to where more new towels are if more were needed per bathroom, but you never mentioned it during our text exchanges (when you asked how to operate the coffee machine and I offered to reimburse you for bought coffee). Our son does have some toys in a couple corners, but apologies if this lent a cluttered feel and I will talk to my housekeeper who is usually very thorough. This review is painting an inaccurate picture. While our style of furnishing is perhaps more streamlined and minimalist, even so we have 2 couches, 2 club chairs, 2 antique chairs and a baby grand piano, for example, in the living room. But it might still seem minimal because the rooms are so grand in size. We do appreciate your feedback but just feel as a review it is overly harsh, not at all representative, and inconsistent with all other favorable reviews and feedback we have received.
