Benicasa Villa with two bedrooms and a private pool.

Full of personality, the house is situated between terraces and has a private pool. With beautiful views of the houses in the village of Orba and mountains, it is close to the shops and restaurants (10 minute walk) and the Mediterranean Sea just 20 minutes drive through almond and orange trees in flowering are beautiful spectacle.
Outside the kitchen, there is a lovely patio with an awning. Perfect for breakfast, you have breathtaking views of the orange trees, the mountains and the village.

Kitchen
modern, well equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, toaster and kettle. It has a special faucet filters water and allows drinking directly.

Bathrooms
The bathroom has a large shower with mosaic design, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has large twin beds, sink in the same room, wardrobes and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes and ceiling fan. Air conditioning with heat pump.

Ruhe und Natur pur. Très belle Villa

La Villa n'etait pas facile à trouver. La Villa se situe tous en haut du village et le chemin est très étroit. Mais l'endroit en lui même est super et loin du stress de la ville. Mr José et son épouse sont très gentil et aimable. La maison est très propre. La piscine est beaucoup plus grande que sur les photos. Les environs sont vaste et simple. Idéale pour famille qui veulent se reposer de la vie quotidienne. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Très bien !

Villa très propre les lit sont de bonne qualité la climatisation dans une chambre ainsi que au salon très efficace. Très belle piscine avec des transat neuf petit reproche sur la piscine et sont exposition au soleil de l'ombre le matin , après midi soleil et vers 17h de l'ombre ! La proximité du village et un plus il ce trouve à 10 minutes à pied balade agréable entre les citronnier. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous y retournerons l'année prochaine. Merci à José qui et très réactif à nos demandes. Mr fauve

Très belle villa, entre montagne et mer, proche des restaurants d orba. Tres bien équipée. Piscine très appréciable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par José, toujours à notre disposition utilisant un très bon français. Villa proche des plages de Denia (15kms). A renouveler

SUPERBE SEJOUR

Nous avons passé ma femme et moi une semaine magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par José qui est fort sympathique. La maison est super bien entretenue et très confortable. La piscine est très bien situé, à l'abri des regards et l'eau est filtré quotidiennement. Le village est super calme et pas très loin du centre ville ou vous trouverez différents magasins. En conclusion nous recommandons cette maison pour toutes les familles de 2 à 6 personnes.

C'est ça les vraies vacances !

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la Villa BENICASA. En arrivant, on se sent tout de suite chez soi, le ménage est impeccable, l'intérieur est sobre et dépersonnalisé, l'équipement est pléthorique (Il y a même le linge de maison et des produits de première nécessité) et fonctionnel. Le propriétaire, José (Qui gère 11 autres biens du même type sur le secteur), est polyglotte et se montre disponible sans jamais être intrusif. La Villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel et dispose d'une superbe vue sur les montagnes et le village d'Orba. Ce dernier ne présente que peu d'intérêts selon nous (A part sa situation entre mer et montagne) mais dispose de toutes les commodités, (Supermarché, Banque, Hôpital de campagne...) ce qui est vraiment pratique. Les environs, en revanche, justifient le déplacement; Nous retiendront nos ballades en vélo dans les montagnes avoisinantes, nos footings en bord de mer entre le port de plaisance de Denia et Les Rotes, nos sorties le soir à Alicante ou Valence, nos baignades dans les criques à proximité du Cap de la Nao... La piscine est très agréable et entretenue (discrètement) de façon hebdomadaire, nous y avons passé des heures avec notre fils de deux ans... Parfois, nous pouvions rester des journées complètes à la Villa tant nous nous y sentions bien. Le climat est également idéal (100% de beau temps, minimum 29°) et le calme du lieu est propice au repos. Au final, nous avons peut-être passé nos meilleures vacances pour un budget plus que raisonnable, compte-tenu de la qualité de la prestation. Nous vous recommandons chaudement de recourir aux services de José qui vous rassurera par son professionnalisme et son souci du détail.

VILLA CHARMANTE AVEC SUPERBE VUE ET BELLE PISCINE

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour sous le soleil dans une villa très agréable. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location qui était d'une propreté exemplaire avec un très bon niveau de confort tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. La piscine est splendide et très bien entretenue. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de José sont de réels atouts. Nous y retournons cette annéee .... Le village d'Orba est très plaisant pendant la Fiesta.

Beautiful villa and pool with lots of character.

What a superb holiday! A tranquil location with marvellous veiws...we had sun everyday, a different resturant every night...we were even provided fresh eggs every day so the cooked breakfast was extra special. Our holiday was really complete... Gracias Pat & Oscar.
