"The staff will not show you to your room. You will, at best, get pointed in the right direction. Rooms are not cleaned. They are mopped and only the dirty towels left on the floors will be changed out. There are no: toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc. They have for purchase and are not cheap. ..."
