The aircoditioning did not work well, the where no glass for drinks, they forget to put towels, the sheets where dirty, i the tv was not working. I have called servarl time no answer. Check out their was nobody. Just left the key in the room. Very very disapointed

Not recommendable.

It was very dissapointing. It's bad enough that the building manager wasn't available personally. No service whatsoever. But on top of that one of the windows didn't even have blinds or curtains, which made my girlfriend feel really uncomfortable. We had to use a blanket to cover the window. There wasn't any toilette paper or a floormat available in the bathroom, which wasn't cleaned properly either.

Les chambres sont spacieuses mais sale il y avait des cafards dans la chambre et les draps n’avait pas l’air propres non plus. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et l’eau coulait partout parterre dans la douche car disposé. C’est très mal insonorisé donc on entend tous ce qui ce passe chez les voisins et les voitures passer. Le personnel est gentil mais la communication très difficile car il ne parle pas l’anglais juste l’espagnol.
