Ground floor condo at Oceania Residences. 2 bedroom/ 3 full bathrooms. Spacious living space that opens directly to a large private patio for additional outdoor living. The primary bedroom suite complete with king bed and on-suite bath also opens to the private patio w/ jacuzzi, large outdoor dining table, BBQ, & sun loungers. The guest room features a king bed and ensuite bath. There is a sofa bed and an extra single mattress. Kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar and dining table.

Eagle Beach voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Walking distance to restaurants, casinos, beach bars, and water sports.
Oceania Residences, Eagle Beach’s premier ocean front community includes amenities like 4 pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis & racquet club, 24- hour security, children’s play room & business center, all steps from the white sands and clear blue waters of Eagle Beach.

This condo is large, comfortable and the perfect retreat for family and friends. For larger groups we have an additional 1 bedroom condo just next door. Request availability

Pricing is in USD, based on daily rates for up to 4 guests excluding local taxes and service fees. Extra guest fees apply for parties up to 6.

Great vacation

Beautiful property. Couldn't ask for a better place location was perfect. Eagle Beach is across the street. Palm Beach is minutes away. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will be back to Oceania again.

Incredible Aruba Experience

This condo is the perfect place to stay for a trip to Aruba. Ground floor with a private hot tub and walk out access to 3 pools and the beautiful Eagle Beach across the street. The hosts were excellent communicators and welcomed us in person to the property. It was amazing how close every destination we wanted to visit was, how clean and safe the property is as a gated community, and how close supermarkets, restaurants, and take out food options are. Great choice for a family looking to stay somewhere less developed than the high rise area and wake up every morning to a beautiful and quiet Aruba garden view.
