**0.7 mile to Aruba's Premier Eagle Beach & Druif Beach.

For your privacy, fun and relaxation, a fully equipped European kitchen with stainless appliances & quartz counter; open layout with high ceilings & recessed lighting and large white tiled floors throughout. Three bedrooms and two bath villa is fully air conditioned; master bedroom has king bed & en-suite bathroom; two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Villa has a split layout, so bedrooms are apart for privacy.

Pack light as villa has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Relaxation & fun with French doors leading to shady covered veranda with comfy outdoor furniture overlooking the private pool with sun lounge chairs on the travertine pool deck. Also a covered BBQ pavilion with gas grill and bar seating for outdoor dining overlooking pool and tropical garden.

Air conditioned Game Room: enjoy a competitive game of ping pong!

Privacy with a large fenced & gated property with tropical garden with palms, fruit trees and flowering plants surrounding pool with exterior security lighting and cameras.

For your beach fun: sand chairs, cooler, large beach towels & beach bags are in villa. Floats are also included for the pool.

Villa reflects the whimsical essence of Aruba with it's colorful Caribbean Island inspired decor.

Great centrally located in a quiet residential area; less than 1 mile of Eagle Beach & Druif Beach, supermarkets (Ling & Sons and SuperFoods), convenience store, gas station, casino, IMAX cinema, golf course, ATM, restaurants/bars and low rise hotels. While other beaches; high rise hotels, shopping, tourist attractions, airport and the capital of Oranjestad are quick 5 minute drive.

To enjoy & explore the island, car rentals are available both at or off airport; check internet for prices and making reservations.

Beautifully maintained and cared for property. Quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located and close to beaches, shopping, dining and local points of interest. Consider taking a quick walk up to Shoco Snack. It’s worth checking out.Relaxing by the pool after spending the day downtown was wonderful. Everything you can possibly need for a relaxing beach day is provided too.We played several rounds of ping pong in the converted garage. This was the perfect home for us. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A little piece of paradise

The accommodations were very close to Eagle Beach (my fav) and to the Superfoods. They were well kept and beautiful. Not all in our party likes sand so having the gorgeous backyard with shaded sitting areas, grill, bar and pool was very much appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely rebook this little slice of paradise.

Annual Vacation Getaway

We had a fabulous trip and appreciated this beautiful home! It offered all the comforts of home. With a private yard and gorgeous pool, we enjoyed many soaks after a day at the beach or site seeing. Great property and great location

My family and I really enjoyed the house. This was our first vacation in Aruba and I’m glad we stayed at Karen’s place. Highly recommend it if you are traveling with family and teenagers. My two boys enjoyed the pool. Also communication was excellent, there was an issue with the wifi when we arrived but it was quickly fixed and Karen made sure we were aware of this. Overall this experience was great.

Great House In A Good Location

The house is well equipped, Karen communicated promptly and accurately and the property manager, Anne, was delightful. So close to so many things, most notably, Eagle Beach (perfect, no seaweed, beautiful sand and fabulous water) and Super Food. In addition to the beautiful weather, starting and ending each day at the private pool was so relaxing. Renting umbrellas and chairs is expensive in Aruba, the beach chairs provided were comfortable and sitting under the trees at the beach worked great!

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed for the beach as well as around the house for cooking, swimming, etc. we loved having ping pong tournaments and swimming in the pool whenever we weren’t at the beach. The beds were so comfortable. We’re loved the quality of the sheets and towels. The shaded area outside by the pool was also used often. A great home that we’d highly recommend.We also loved the check in and check out process. Franklin was very friendly and provided us all of the information we needed.

We enjoyed our time at the property. Everything was good. Pictures highly represent the property. Location to beach and other activities was convenient. Superfoods is a great grocery store not far from the property. Check in was seamless. A car rental is a must, which is easy to do. Driving around the island is no problem although if you had a very large SUV it might not fit in the gated driveway. We would definitely rent this property again.

Excellent villa

The villa is in a very convenient location - close to Eagle beach, it’s in between two food supermarkets, approximately a mile from Palm beach or downtown. Nearby - gas-station. Around (about 2-4 minutes driving) there are a lot of restaurants with rich variety of nice tasty food. Quite friendly neighbours. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen with all amenities, garage with tennis table. Everything is clean and in good condition. You can enjoy sunbathing at the villa’s pool, not just on the beach. We spent several vacations on the villa and we would recommend it for enjoying Aruba.

6 adults ranging in age from 58-69. This was one of the best VRBO rental experiences I have had anywhere. The house was just as pictured. The location was ideal. About 5-minute drive to Eagle beach an about 10 -minutes to both downtown and Noord. The back yard by the pool of the home was a serene space to end a busy Aruba day. The neighborhood was quiet and the couple of neighbors we met were very friendly. The HomeAway staff very responsive. They accommodated our early arrival with no problems and met us at the house to ensure we had all the information we would need for a relaxing week. Any questions or issues responded to immediately. I will definitely rent this home again on a return trip to Aruba.

Stunning home in a great centralized location!

This well-maintained 3-bedroom home was more than I could have asked for to spend a special family vacation. Every detail to feel at home was thought out on the inside from the comfortable bedrooms and decor, the ample towels and every kitchen device/accessory you could think of to make it easy to wake up to coffee or grill a quick burger for lunch (if you were there), but by far the backyard and pool were the highlight. The neighborhood was very safe and everyone was extremely friendly, especially the dogs! The location was centralized for quick access to anywhere; the beaches, the marina, high-rise hotels, San Nicolas, Arikok National Park, you name it. One of the greatest perks was having beach chairs, sunshade, coolers and beach bags available. My family hit every beach on the island for at least half a day and having all these available to us was priceless. Finally, the owner is very friendly and while we didn't need it, would be available to us if needed and the agency staff that met us both to start and end our vacation were wonderful to work with. Our family has talked about this house and trip as one of the best to date. We would love to stay here again when we come back and have shared this house to all our friends!

Great location!

We loved the location of this property! We wanted a house with a private backyard, close to Eagle Beach and grocery stores. The house is a few minutes drive from Eagle Beach as well as 2 large grocery stores. We fell in love with Baby Beach during our stay which was an easy 30min drive. House was clean, checkin, checkout was super easy and we appreciated the in person part of that process. Great communication with the host when we had a minor issue finding the house. Loved the provided amount of towels and beach chairs/coolers. Minor cons: 1. Backyard was not as private as we hoped due to lower surrounding wall and close neighbors on all sides, plus an unexpected security camera. 2. Beds were not the most comfortable but not the worst we have experienced by any means. 3. While we like the idea of the ping pong table, we did not use it due to the location in the hot garage. 4. Lighting in the master bathroom could be updated - made brighter. Overall we loved our stay and would likely re-book in the future.
