To rent a car or not.
Public transportation is available for just a couple of dollars right in front of Oceania. You can take the bus to downtown and all the way to Arashi beach. Also some tour companies will pick you up including day tours and party buses. Grocery stores delivery: some same day and next day delivery are available.
