The largest supermarket is just a few minutes from the apartment, as are many restaurants, nightlife spots, casinos, and the so-called “high-rise” area.


A beautiful living room with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is also located here and includes a kettle, juicer, a blender for making fresh smoothies, plates, glassware, and silverware, kitchen utensils, children’s tableware, an American-style refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a water dispenser, and an ice maker. Dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, and large oven! The luxury coffee maker is a must-have here, for making a fresh cappuccino or latte.

The two separate bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet) both feature comfortable king-size M-Line beds, perfectly made with plush pillows and high-quality bedding. Blackout curtains are provided, and there are several pillows available so you can choose the level of comfort you prefer. There are plenty of hangers in the closets to ensure ample storage space, and you can store luggage and suitcases in the walk-in closet. It is possible to add an extra children’s bed.

The home also has two luxurious bathrooms equipped with, among other things, a wonderful walk-in shower, heated mirrors, and plenty of storage space. Here you’ll also find a Dyson hair dryer, Dyson Airwrap, and aloe vera products.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (including the living room), each with its own individual controls. You’ll also have your own washing machine and dryer available in the home.

A spacious private terrace with a botanical garden and panoramic views, including the city skyline where you can see luxury cruise ships docking and a view of the sea. You can enjoy both sun and shade on your terrace, which is furnished with a luxurious lounge set (chairs and ottoman) and a spacious dining table.

Everything you need will be there—from a cot to a high chair, a car seat with straps, and a booster seat—you name it, we’ve got it. A few more items: non-slip mats in both bathrooms. Life jackets, floaties, swimming and diving gear for the pool, toys, and board games. Safety gates are installed at the doors. Why do we offer this? So you don’t have to lug around all your baby/toddler/child gear.
