Located at the end a of a street this quiet home provides a place to relax and re-charge. The home is just 1.7 miles from the new CP chem construction site, 2.5 miles from Walmart and the city of Oranges many restaurants. The home has a fully furnished kitchen along with a stove, fridge, washer and dryer. This is an older home with original wood floors. The home is nice and clean but the wood floors do have some wear on them. Hence the name Workers Special!!! Mid and Long term leases welcome!!!!
