"Staff was great. Room lived up to expectations. Staff was always going out of their way to help everyone and ask if they were enjoying their stay. They communicated very effectively. The cleaning staff (I think) is a family. I oy talked to them once but were very friendly too. The free postcard to mail back home is one of my favourite ideas. The location is in the "busiest" part of Palau. Two of the three major supermarkets in all of Palau are within 100 metres of the hotel, and most of the top restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. The aquarium and two of the three museums in the country are all within a 20 minute walk of the hotel too. The most popular bar/restaurant for tourists iw just a 15 minute walk away and always have an event every night. The main street also doesn't have any stray dogs so it's the best hotel if you're just traveling on foot like me. The free breakfast is better than most budget hotels (the food buffet is usually 4 or 5 items and switches every day). Free water and juice on hand 24/7 as well. Wifi is really bad, though. "

"Staff were very friendly and greeted us by name. Room was spacious, with a large bathroom/balcony. The big perk was the hotel has it's own dock so boats can pick you up right from the hotel."

"Clean room that smell nice, towels were clear white with warmth. Room layout was super user friendly with 2 spots to lie my suitcase. Nice view from balcony to the private beach with clothes hanger. Nice firm bed with 3 different styles of pillows. Friendly staff that seeks to help out. Nice amenities - body lotion, flip flops. "

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We stayed as a family of 3. Lovely cold airconditioning in the rooms and some great in ground pools and jacuzzis. If you're up for a walk, a big shopping centre is only 10 mins walk away. The National Museum is next door, which is worth a visit. Great gift shop too! Some small shops near the hotel to stock up on beers and refreshments and a taxi ride to and from restaurants can be arranged for around 5USD. "
