We loved the condo but the refrigerator was too small and none of the electric receptacles in the bathrooms were working. That's never good with 9 girls. But overall it was nice.

Overall good stay

Leather sofa was cracked & peeling. There was no stopper in the sink in the master bedroom. Ceiling in the shower had 3 large places where it was coming off. Master bedroom tv would not work. It was a very long walk from the parking garage to our room, especially for a handicapped person. The pool was extremely dirty. We never got in. Dish network kept losing signal to work. All of that being said, the condo itself was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook. Beautiful view, spacious rooms well decorated. We stayed at Phoenix X last year & this year & I imagine we will plan another vacation & stay there next year.

overall impression was satisfactory

The decor and view from the condo was very pleasant. However, the throw rugs were old and rugged. The balcony floor was disgusting. The Internet connection was terrible. The paint on the balcony table and chairs was peeling and flaking off and the cushions on them were worn and needed to be thrown away. The recliner foot rest was broken. And the couch has rips in the leather. The microwave was broke on arrival. That was promptly fixed by maintenance. Also reported that the bath tub in the hall had a steady leak, but that never was repaired.
