Beach themed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium that sleeps four is located on the 1st floor of the Phoenix VII.

·         Flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living area

·         Queen sofa sleeper, stereo system, DVD player, and carpet in the living area

·         Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances

·         Dining area has seating for four and the kitchen bar seats two

·         King size bed in carpeted master bedroom

·         Master bathroom has a shower and tub combination

·         Beautiful gulf front view can be enjoyed from the balcony table seating four plus a chaise lounge

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

July 4th weekend

Stay was wonderful. Beautiful fireworks. Only a few minor hiccups along the way.

the room was nice, but the toilet had problems flushing when I lifted the lid it had black mold growing under the lid, and around the inside of the tank, some one came and fixed the flushing problem and I commented about the mold but it was not cleaned, I had to buy a tub mat so my mother could take a shower with out falling because the bottom was so slick and the tub side was very high, indoor pool area was very hot and closed at at night but the outside pool was still useable just to cold to use at night, went to the beach the 1st day we were there and did not go back again, it is so far away from the property that when you get to the water your back is killing you and the beach has a slope which makes it very hard to get back out of the water, I have vacationed there years ago several times and loved going there, now you can't see the beach from all the condos they built very few local shops left, tax is 10%, it used to be fun great affordable food, great views , lots of beach access, I had to drive to other beaches just to get to the water. they took a beautiful place and ruined it. there is a cleaning charge added into the room cost, then your expected to clean before your leave or they will charge you again, I own my own cleaning business and would never have black mold growing in any of my customers houses not even inside the take of the toilet. if you really want to go make sure you stay closer to gulf shores the beach is closer to those properties, It would of been better if I could of use the beach where we stayed but I just could not make the walk out to it and the the slope into the water makes it very hard to get back up with the waves pulling against you, very sad about the whole stay

Updated Condo & great location

Unit has been beautifully updated. Furniture is beautiful but only downside to condo is the bed is extremely uncomfortable, very hard. The lovely living room furniture is also very uncomfortable and hard. Location on 1st floor is nice and still have a great view. Had to call maintenance on small TV issue and they were great and prompt! Enjoyed this property but would have to change to a different unit because of the bed and furniture being so uncomfortable.
