  • Look no further, this is going to be the perfect unit for YOU!
    This second floor, one bedroom, one bath unit, also has hall bunks. With the sleeper sofa, it will comfortably sleep 6. From the balcony, this Gulf front unit, has an amazing view of the beach, gulf, sunrises and sunsets.

    If you have never visited the beautiful beaches of Alabama, you are in for a treat!! Our area has so much to offer. Award winning restaurants, Golf, shopping, water parks, arcades, Zoo, fishing, boating, dolphin cruises, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, art and music festivals, dancing, amazing sunsets, or just laying on the beach, soaking up the sun and breathing in the salt air. The list of things to do, goes on and on. Tide Water is across the street from Zeke's Landing and The Shrimp Basket Restaurant

    A complete remodel of the unit has been recently completed. It now has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat screen T.V. in the living room and bedroom, new tile flooring through out the unit, new furniture, all new lines, new cookware and dishes. Everything is new, all to make your stay as perfect as possible.

    The complex has wonderful amenities, which includes an indoor heated pool with hot tub. An outdoor beachside pool, exercise room overlooking the beach and a sauna. Also, free Wi-Fi internet access!

    Although, we hope our guest never have any issues during their stay, we have a local representative that is available in case you ever need assistance.

    The only thing missing at the beach, is YOU, book now to reserve your place in the sun!!!

    Parking passes are $40 per vehicle. There is a two vehicle maximum per reservation.

The location is unmatched! Having a balcony that overlooks the ocean is a major perk. It was nice to eat breakfast outside each morning. The building is near shops and restaurants so it’s a quick drive if you need food or groceries. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The condo grounds were clean and well kept. The condo was clean. It had everything we needed for our stay! The view from the balcony was beautiful! The indoor pool was great as it was too cold two of the days we were there. The kids were still able to swim! I will definitely be renting this place again!

Great quiet place, in the center of town

Had a very enjoyable stay in the Tidewater condo. Perfect location in the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Manager was very accommodating and void with communication

Awesome experience!

The condo was a tad smaller than I thought, but was still perfect for the two of us! The owner was exceptional regarding communication, even texted to make sure all was well. Highly recommend this stay. Oh and the beach was beautiful and not super crowded!

Perfect beach location

Right in the heart of Orange Beach, this place has a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Very clean with plenty of room. One master, two twin bunks and a sofa/bed if needed. It was spacious for just the two of us! Clean and everything you need. Loved enjoying coffee on the balcony and easy access to the beach! Thanks for the perfect getaway.

Beautiful view. Place was not very clean......Entire building was without water from 9 Am to 4 Pm on Friday.. No toilet, shower, laundry, drinking water etc. Thought we should be compensated somewhat for the inconvenience.William, the host was easy to work with.

It got the job done

The unit wasn’t bad at all, just had minor inconveniences. There weren’t any beach towels as typed in the check in message. Also, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The bedroom curtains definitely need help. They need to be blackout since they face the hallway lights that are on 24/7. The trash truck woke us up every morning at 4:30 AM. It arrives, beeps, and stays making noise for at least 20 minutes. The walk to the beach is short and convenient. The tenant owner was easy to communicate with.

Great weekend getaway
