This 7th floor unit features brand new flooring, paint and living room furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. You will enjoy the beachside master bedroom as well as the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

The property is in great location near markets and ice cream, Mexican restaurant. This place is a bit outdated. It was clean. The office staff were very friendly.

The property did have a great view. The toaster needs replacing. It burns the bottom half of the toast and doesn’t brown the top half. It would be nice to have has some salt and pepper and maybe a few spices available. Not a ton but just some basics. Thankfully I brought salt with me. The management on the property was very helpful

Coastal Properties communicated very well and gave us a heads up on the check in details. Room stayed cool and we seemed to have what we needed in the cabinets and drawers. The elevators had several issues during our stay. One incident where someone even got stuck in it. Beach was a bit crowded. Overall, We enjoyed our stay at 706 Sun Swept and would stay again.
