Stunning Views of the Gulf & Perdido Pass from 7th Floor at Phoenix East II

This beautiful 7th-floor condo at Phoenix East II can be just the spot for your next family beach vacation. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Alabama Point. Watch boats as they head out & return through Perdido Pass.

Phoenix East II is a low-density property that offers a quiet respite away from the crowds. It’s situated along a beautiful "dead-end" stretch of the coastline (hence fewer people) and is just minutes to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and all the activities and entertainment the area has to offer.

The condo can host up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, as follows:

- Primary bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, views of the beach and access to the balcony.

- Secondary bedroom with king size bed.

- Third bedroom (sleeps 6) with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin over full-size bed.

- 2nd full bath off hallway.

The condo also boasts a spacious living room, featuring a new leather sectional with 3 built-in recliners; a large flat-screen television; a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze; free WiFi; and a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise.

You'll also have access to all the onsite amenities, including direct beach access, the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area and sauna.

Up to two parking passes can be purchased for $55 each. A separate link will be sent to you to buy passes online in advance of your arrival. Wristbands to use all the property amenities are free of charge.

Great Condo!

Beautiful condo right on Orange Beach! It's updated and very nice! The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen needs a large skillet, but is well equipped otherwise. Communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We had a very happy vacation stay in this property.

Great location and condo!

We had a great stay and would recommend the rental to groups of friends or families. Lots of space, beds for everyone, and the living room and couch were perfect for our group of 6 when we were stuck inside with rain.

Wonderful place to stay.

SUPER CLEAN, not one grain of sand on the floor or in the beds, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. I knew the kids would love the special bunk beds and they did not disappoint. Extra blankets were nice. Pool was great! It’s not far to walk to the water. Fishing off the beach was really good in this area

Weekend Getaway

Went for the weekend with my sister and daughters to relax after finals week for the girls. Area was really quiet and relaxing. Condo was exactly as described and owner was easy to get a hold of. Booked based on good reviews and it did not disappoint. Definitely will book again when we are back in the area.

Fantastic family vacation

Great, modern unit with an incredibly attentive host. Plenty of space for the six of us and the well-stocked kitchen (coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, blender and plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware) made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Perfect Beach Condo

We stayed at this very comfortable condo 4th of July Weekend.The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. The communication with Nikki was fantastic. We lucked out and a front row seat to the fireworks on the beach from the balcony. We will definitely be back

Great get away for our Family!!

The only thing that caught me off gauard was the parking fees were $55 dollars per car. There should be 2 furnished with the condo. I was in shock by this up charge!!!

Wonderful room/stay

This was such a beautiful condo. We absolutely love the condo, love the location, enjoyed our stay. Had a couple things that had happened while we were there. The owners took care of it ASAP. We didn’t feel like they were in our way. we were not in their way. We felt like the parking could’ve been a little bit better for handicap accessible. They only had a couple spots the rest was owner parking, but that does not have anything to do with the owners. Beautiful condo, definitely worth the stay. The pictures are very accurate. The property was wonderful. The beach was wonderful. We all really enjoyed our trip.

Beautiful View!

This unit was awesome. Great view of the Gulf. Was nice to have all the amenities on site. Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Easy boardwalk out to beach. Room was clean and set up nice for multiple guests. Was nice to have a full kitchen for our picky eater. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Instructions were very easy to follow and communication with owner was pleasant and questions answered quickly. Front desk staff were also very nice and super helpful. We will definitely be coming back. ⛱️☀️😁

Great 7 day stay

Very nice condo! I cannot say enough good things about Dominique, the new property owner. I had issues with WiFi when we arrived late on a Friday night. I shot her a message and she went out of her way to contact the WiFi company to help me get my baby’s monitor connected at 9pm. I mean, that alone is extremely kind and instantly won me over. Then, I accidentally got our check out time wrong. We ended up leaving an hour after check out which I’m sure was inconvenient because the cleaning crew arrived before we were out. She was very understanding, and it wasn’t made into a big deal at all. The best parts of the condo- -great property owner -updated appliances -fully stocked kitchen. We loved the waffle maker -I love the keypad. So much easier than a key or card -my kids loved the splash pad and pool -it’s next door to the beach resort which has a great restaurant called Latitude 30 which we called in to go several times -the bunk beds were a hit with the kids The only downsides that I noticed during our week there were: -the building itself has poor cell service. WiFi can be pretty slow too, though this issue really isn’t a reflection of the actual property -the elevators can be really slow and seem to require a lot of maintenance. Again, not a deal breaker. All in all, we had a good stay. I would recommend this property.
