"Welcome to Phoenix II in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, where your dream beach vacation awaits! Situated centrally in Orange Beach, you'll be close to various attractions, shopping, dining, and abundant fun in the sun!

This two-bedroom, two-bath unit provides incredible views of the surroundings. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and TV with a Blu-Ray player, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV with a Blu-Ray player. For extra guests, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa available. The well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation convenient, and the dining table seats six. Additionally, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, based on unit specifications.
This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates, and additional information about parking passes and house policies is available. Parking passes are handled on-site by the association, with applicable charges. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items but kindly reminds guests to bring their own beach towels.
