Not the best memories, but the condo wasn't the issue

The condo was beautiful; loved the balcony views. No complaints there. The huge AC housing unit on the property malfunctioned our first night there while I was outside. It was very loud and sounded like it was going to explode, so I called the after hours # someone from Phoenix VII came to assess the situation. maintenance came and shut it off. Luckily it affected the downstairs common areas and not our unit. It wasn't working when we left Friday. We lost almost $300 worth of property that was taken by Coastal Resources while we were on the beach Wednesday night. My son and I wanted to sit on the beach and listen to music so we took our chairs and speaker down with us. I had walked away from the chairs to put my feet in the water while my son had gone in to use the restroom. I was actually taking a picture of a large jelly fish when they came by and took our stuff. I had seen the truck, but assumed they were emptying garbage cans, (our chairs, shoes, and speaker were next to the garbage can closest to the blue mat to the left). Once I realized what happened, I immediately called the police dept to find out who to call to get our stuff back. Meanwhile, my son chased the truck down the beach for a mile, but couldn't catch them. I called the number provided by the police dept several times, but no one answered; left a vm. Called next morning and was only able to get our speaker back. The chairs were $75+ each-they said they were destroyed at recycle ctr and shoes thrown away.

Great location

Location was great. Plenty of elevators and check in was easy. Kitchen is lacking. Cabinets smelled musty making dishes also smell. Zero spices for cooking so bring your own. Very noisey from outside and neighboring units. Showing it's age.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was awesome! Had all you need. Want to come back next year! Close to everything. Gorgeous view, big deck, comfy king bed! Could use new living room furniture, not very comfortable couch and recliner. Would be nice to have 2 recliners. But overall absolutely loved it there. Hard to leave!!

Celebration vacation

The property was beautiful and extremely well kept. The entire staff was helpful and polite. We all enjoyed the beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for my family of four. My husband, 9 year old, 12 year old and myself. The beds and furniture were is great shape and slept well. We all enjoyed the balcony looking into the gulf and easy access to the beach.

Mother & Daughter weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I have never rented nothing online. It was a very easy process and will most definitely do it again. Our condo was very nice just like the picture showed only complaint it could’ve been cleaner. Your feet would stick to the floors but overall we had a wonderful experience, and will definitely be back.

Awesome vacation condo!

This condo is beautiful! Well stocked with all of the utensils, dinnerware and cookware that you’ll need for vacation. Pools were beautiful. Distance to the beach is not nearly as far as portrayed in pics. The ONLY downside is the crowds during check in and check out. Check out being the worst! Plan ahead and get your cart early and be prepared to wait for 30 mins to an hour for an elevator to get downstairs. Otherwise - this is an AMAZING condo!

Comfortable Condo /Great View

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo before thru Brett Robinson. The condo is comfortable and view can't be beat. Porch furniture bad. Arrived early but wouldn't allow us in condo, said cleaners were there. We sat in lobby 2 hours, no cleaners. Condo was empty. Brett Robinson more accommodating than Beach Getaways.
