Welcome to #1098. We hope you will enjoy your stay in our condo and on our beautiful beach. Two couples, friends since middle school, have owned this unit for over 20 years. We love coming to the beach and hope you will love it too!
Our condo has large diagonally set tiles throughout the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We have upgraded fans and comfortable furniture. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal and eat in. The pub height dining table will seat six and the expansive counter space can accommodate four more for meals. The living area has a queen size sofa bed, two recliners and a swivel rocker where you can relax and watch television. The view is spectacular!
The master bedroom has a king bed, seating area and a walk in closet as well as its own bathroom. The bathroom has recently been remodeled with a new granite countertop, tile, fixtures and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a very large closet and the third bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. There are televisions in all bedrooms.
There is a second full bathroom that has just been remodeled. It has new tile, granite countertop, fixtures and a new tub.
Our unit is on the southeast corner of the building so you can see the sunrise and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Relax in our new balcony furniture while you enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and all its beauty.
*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We loved this condo, we are two families and both had 3 kids and this was plenty of room. Make sure to bring cleaning supplies laundry detergent dish detergent trash bags. The condo comes fully equipped. Make sure to bring extra blankets. Definitely bring a wagon for beach trips and an umbrella. Flash lights for crab hunting at night and glow sticks for the kids. Be ready to wait for the elevator it’s very slow but worth it. If you plan to take family pics please do it the first night, trust me. All the restaurants on the strip are worth it but book dinner before 5 as they are low on staff due to covid. Everything is open yay.

wonderful apartment
Just checked out yesterday after a wonderful month. 1. Clean, clean, clean. 2. Nicely decorated and well supplied. 3. Excellent mattresses and pillows, a high priority for me as I like to sleep well. A good location and a quiet building. Most of the month, I was alone and felt safe and secure. The owners have done a great job and Brett Robinson management is always on top of things. If owner can access my email, please contact me.
