Located on the 7th floor of Building 4, this Orange Beach condo offers private balcony access from both the living area and the Primary bedroom. The balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy stunning views, unwind with a good book, or simply savor the peaceful surroundings.

The Primary bedroom features a King bed, a private bath, and direct access to the balcony, ensuring a serene and comfortable stay. The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy Queen bed, while the third guest room offers two Twin/Bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. An additional full hallway bathroom adds convenience for all.

This beautiful unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a stacked washer and dryer to keep your beachwear fresh. Coastal Reality Vacations is a wonderful company to work with. Patrick went above and beyond for us. He is an amazing property manager. I would not hesitate to book a condo with Costal Reality Vacations. The condo was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Great location to stores, restaurants and the state park.
