Over all it was good. Had some roach issues the first day but Hosteeva took care of everything & stayed ij contact with me.

This condo needs some work. The bathroom drains did not work. Would not hold water. No baths only showers. The master bathroom drain drained very very slowly. We had small roaches in the kitchen. The water and ice dispenser was very moldy. We didn’t use it. The ice inside the freezer was fine. But the biggest complaint is how dirty the floors were! The first night we were there our socks were black! So filthy! The carpet in the living couldn’t have been vacuumed. There was food pieces from the previous renters on the carpet and under the coffee table! We will not stay in this condo again. Will still stay at Romar Towers. Just not this one!

I’m usually not one to leave negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary in this case. For the price point, I wouldn’t recommend this place—it’s quite run-down. My biggest concern was cleanliness. I understand that sand is unavoidable in a beach area, but the bathtubs clearly needed a good scrubbing, and the bedrooms—especially the kids’ room—were not clean. The linens didn’t appear fresh either. In the living room, the couch, chairs, and curtains were stained and had a musty smell. There was also a leak from the toilet water shut-off valve that had clearly been going on for some time, causing water to pool on the floor. What really pushed me over the edge, though, was finding roaches in the living room . Once we got home—I had to shake out and wash everything we brought with us. Overall, the place needs a serious update and a lot of TLC. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
