  • Phoenix 10, 808 is a stylish one-bedroom, one-bath condo that accommodates up to four guests. It features a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo offers a cozy dining experience with seating for four at the dining table and two additional barstools at the breakfast bar. The updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and flat-screen TVs are available throughout.

    Step out onto the balcony to enjoy a table with seating for four and a chaise lounge, perfect for relaxing or reading a book. The bathroom includes a single sink and a tub-shower combination for your convenience.

While the condo was nice, it was not well maintained. Poorly draining sinks, mold in bathroom, uncomfortable mattress, etc. we spoke with the host who was very apologetic and offered to clean it and make repairs during our stay (at which point we only had a short time left and it was going to be very inconvenient to our schedule with an infant). The overall condo was very nice, the pool and splash pad were great for kids. Based on the prompt feedback from the host and the promise to clean and make necessary repairs, I would give it another chance as it was not a bad condo.
