The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex featuring a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, & a heated indoor pool. Located on the 3rd floor, unit 304 is a 3 BR, 3 BA, west-corner unit with a wrap-around balcony offering spectacular beach views.

The Space:
There is ongoing property construction until 3/28/24. Additionally, the outdoor pool will be closed until 3/25/24.

The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located to large grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, entertainment, retail, and spas in Orange Beach, AL. This beautiful complex consists of two towers with this unit located in building #2. The Palms features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool.

Unit 304 is located on the 3rd floor of a 10-story building. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with a spectacular view of the Gulf – high enough to get wonderful panoramic views of the skyline sunrises and sunsets yet low enough to see the beach from the porch and living area.

Once inside, you will find an expansive, open floor plan condo with 1398 square feet of living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stand-alone icemaker and seating for six at the dining table plus two at the kitchen breakfast bar. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo will comfortably sleep eight.

The spacious living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, a 60' 4k HD smart TV and a DVD player. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large wrap-around balcony which offers spectacular views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit gets wonderful natural light and captures panoramic views. The balcony features Polywood Adirondack table and chairs, creating a comfortable and tranquil lounging space.

The master bedroom has a KING size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player and a private bath. The second bedroom is also furnished with a KING bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV.

Complete with high-speed Wi-Fi and a full-size washer and dryer, The Palms 304 is ideal for your next beach vacation!
