Coastal living is what you get here- Queen sleeper sofa, separate sleeper chair makes out to single bed, soft skin leather recliner, awesome 65" flat screen television.

Stainless appliances offered in fully equipped kitchen including built in wine chiller and dual K-pod coffee maker. Soft ocean tones round out the breakfast room with seating for 4 and 2 more at the Quartzite breakfast bar. Full size washer Dryer in unit.

Gorgeous spa bathroom includes custom pebble stone shower, water fall fixtures. Full size washer Dryer in unit. Escape to the tranquil master suite drop down dimmer switched pendant lighting.

East to west soaring views to take in from the balcony with table, chairs, lounger

Great Condo, Views, & Location

Everything was great. Only minor glitch was that you had to check in at 5:00pm or later. We arrived at 5:00pm ---only to be told the condo wasn't ready. HOWEVER----it was ready 20 minutes later--so no big deal.

Wish it was mine!

This unit was a true representation of the on-line photos. Very cozy and tastefully decorated. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was only one small thing that is a bit miss leading. It appeared as though the rental comes with an assigned garage parking spot as part of the rental. You can use the assigned garage parking for the unit you rented for an additional fee. There was a line of people that were very unhappy and had the same problem which hindered the check-in process. The fee is not that much. Just mentioning it so that you can be prepared to pay a fee. Otherwise, our stay was amazing. To the owner, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We would definitely chose this unit again!

Gorgeous Condo we so loved the ambiance

We came to get away for few days. The beach was nice but crowded, people were able to plop right in front of our rented chairs and view of the water. Which is why we came to stare at the vast expanse of the Gulf. Looking at the Gulf through someone throwing back beer after beer, NO. One of the boys that rented chairs to us was rude. (Blonde with man bun). He made snarky comments and made us feel like we had not paid. Awkward! I don’t like awkward. Maybe it was the heat but still. We tipped him anyway. The condo made up for all that, thankfully. We loved all the attention to detail and enjoyed relaxing there. The arm bands. Uh no. Overall we relaxed and that lasted about a week after returning home. So thank you so so much.

Nice Condo with Pros and Cons

We have stayed at several properties in the area with the exact, same, floor plan. Pros: Updated, clean and a very comfortable king bed. Top floor with no overhead noise. Conveniently located close to elevators. Nice laminated-wood flooring and not the typical tile, which is hard on feet/legs. Cons: Although a bedspread is shown in the photos, it wasn’t until we were on our way that we realized no comforter or blanket is provided (this was mentioned in the initial email from mgmt and we simply missed that detail). We had to purchase bedding on our way, as we understood there to be only a triple sheet feature (a blanket in between two flat sheets). NOTE: A set of sheets and two blankets are provided for the pullout couch. TV in the main room was not operational and not user friendly. We went through the set up features several times and got it to work once, and only for a short time. We had to watch the NCAA playoffs on the TV in the bedroom. It was frustrating, especially for my husband. NOTE: The front desk gave us a number to call but we didn’t want to spend our time on vacation, on the phone, talking to a tech. Pot Holders: There are none provided, so bring your own if you plan on cooking. At the price we paid, we wouldn’t select this unit again. Even though this unit is nicely redecorated, there are too many other units to choose from without the above cons.
