The view is exquisite from this fifth-floor corner beach retreat! There is nothing like walking into your beach retreat, stepping onto the large wraparound balcony, and seeing the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is over 1370 sq. ft. with a total open living concept.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #5514 is located on the fifth floor of building 5 with direct Gulf and outdoor pool views. This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 10 when you use the two queen size sofa beds. The kitchen is well equipped with the essential pots, pans, and baking needs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All bath towels and linens are provided.

The beach is just steps away following the deck through a gazebo and complete with outdoor beach showers. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. There are two lighted tennis courts (must provide your own racquet and balls) and a heated indoor pool for those lazy rainy beach days . The complex is known for its tropically landscaped courtyard and two outdoor swimming pools. You can exercise in the workout room or relax in the sauna. There are many charcoal BBQ grills for your outdoor culinary needs.

When it is time to explore your surroundings, you will find you are centrally located to shops, dining, and beach adventures. Many are within walking distance of this beach retreat. Adventure Island and Fat Daddy's Arcade are directly across the street! Area attractions include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo; Waterville; The Wharf; and The Park at OWA, the new amusement park in Foley. Restaurants abound in the area to entice the pallet of the moment. There is also a Starbucks close-by and many an ice cream shop. Shopping is also close to the complex and a short drive away on HWY 59 you will find a Shopping Center, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Old Time Pottery.

*All kitchen, laundry, and bathroom products are the responsibility of the guest.

*Parking fee is $50 per vehicle for up to one month. There is a two car limit. If your stay is longer than one month, a second pass must be purchased. Pass is purchased (Credit or Debit Card only) at the Guard Shack as you enter the complex.

*NO EARLY ENTRIES. Check-in is at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
*First Responders with proof of identity get one free parking certificate. Reservation must be in First Responders name. No exceptions.
*This is a non-smoking complex and a non-smoking unit and a pet free unit.
*There are security cameras throughout the property including at the pools.

Great Stay at a Great Place

We stayed over fall break and the condo complex is well designed and kept very clean. The condo that we stayed in was also very clean and had wonderful amenities (such as pots and pans and an ice maker). The beds and furniture were comfortable and well kept. We plan to stay at this location again.

Family Vacation

We didn’t have any issues while we were there, my grandkids enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools, pickle ball at night and the condo was perfect for us. I could drink coffee and look at the beach and watch kiddos in the pool, absolutely would stay there again

life is better at the beach

planning a trip is always stressful, luckily we came across this GEM! spacious, clean,had everything we needed, OCEAN FRONT. what more could we ask for?. Perfect Family Vacation

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful view of the ocean and great location. The condo had everything we needed. We did have to go on a scavenger hunt for the towels. Housekeeping left them in the dryer, but no complaints at all. lol We will definitely be back.

Great communication

Everything was great, the list of “to do” items before checkout was incredibly reasonable compared to what a lot of places expect now. Best of all, we had vehicle trouble while there and I wanted to order the part online vs paying 5x as much locally, but know it can be difficult to get package delivery at condos so worked with the owner who helped arranged things with on-site property manager. The extra effort was appreciated greatly. We vary up our vacation locations, but if we decide to comeback to Orange Bwach would definitely stay again.

Good place for a family

It was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is rewash the silverware and cookware. I’m not sure who cleans, but they don’t do a very good job. There was a dirty pair of underwear under the bed from previous guest, and the silverware and knives were disgusting. But the owner, location, and everything else was great. Silverware and cookware for us was not a big deal because we always bring our own. But others may want to be aware.

Orange Beach

The condo was just as described. We did have a slight issue figuring out how to use the front door. It has a weird deadbolt/keypad entry combo that we had not seen. Beds were fine. It slept 7 of us very comfortably. It was clean, although when we checked in there was sand on the floor that stuck to our feet but we kind of expect that staying at a beach condo. Sheets for the pull out couches did not seem the cleanest but our teenage boys did not care. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The building itself was somewhat older and needed maintenance. The view of the ocean from the balcony (my main interest) was very restricted. View was mostly of 50 other balconies. No privacy with neighbors 5 feet away.

Again in a Heartbeat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Before our stay, Carol let us know she would not be available locally and provided us another contact. This was super helpful as we did have a slight issue with one of the showers. We called and the problem was fixed that same day. Plenty of room in the condo for our famy of 5. Clean and comfy. We loved the view of the beach from.the balcony, especially at night under a full moon. My husband and I would see sailboats and an occasional dolphin during our early morning coffee. Access to the beach is only a short walk around the pool. It was easy to rent an umbrella and chairs on the sand. Attendee was super friendly and helpful. We also like how the pool would become partly shaded in the late afternoon so we could still swim after a day in the sun. We had 3 teens with us who liked being able to cross the street to go to Adventureland for arcade games, mini golf and go carts. There is lots of shopping close by also. We all loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Nice complex. Nice unit....but

The complex was nice. Our unit was fine. The pool area was laid out really well. The beach and access to everything around was also nice. I would certainly rent this unit again but after all my years of renting in the area..I learned a lesson. Ask about maintenance that might be taking place and to what extent BEFORE renting. For four days, all day, there was a walkway being taken apart for repair with saws and a jackhammer right outside our unit. It was so loud you couldn't have a conversation in a normal tone of voice anywhere inside the unit. Two of my group who simply couldn't take refuge at the beach all day were forced to leave early. It really was that bad. I was told a few days before our arrival that some work would be taking place and that they would only work Monday-Thursday which was true. Lesson learned.
