Luxurious Oasis at OB 3br/4ba Beachfront Condo!

  • Sea Forever is a stunning, newly renovated beachfront condo located on the 29th floor of The Oasis at Orange Beach (Formerly Phoenix West II) and features 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12.

    The keyless entry allows you the convenience of beginning your vacation immediately upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. Living area is equipped with a 77" OLED smart television and all bedrooms are equipped with 55" smart LCD televisions. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group.

    The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 in the Adirondack rockers.

    Bedrooms:
    • The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite master bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with two showerheads. Wake up to the beautiful gulf views from your French doors which lead into the dining area, and out to the balcony.
    • In the second bedroom, there is another king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
    • The third bedroom is perfect for families featuring two queen beds and *new* custom twin bunk beds for two additional guests. This bedroom includes another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
    • The 4th full bathroom features a walk-in shower and houses the laundry closet and is accessible from the hallway.

    You can sleep soundly knowing that all towels, bedsheets, and linens are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

    Parking:
    Parking fees are charged by the building at $60 +tax for all vehicles parking on property. Parking passes must be purchased at the HOA Desk located in the main lobby. Up to two passes may be purchased. If additional parking is needed, off-site parking is available for purchase. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

This is one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable with an awesome mattress. There were nice touches like a clothes hamper and decent iron. The amenities were great with the outdoor and indoor pool areas and the beach just steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our time at this property! This was our first time to Orange Beach and we will be back! We had a rain day so the indoor pool was perfect, the kids never missed a beat. The host is very responsive and attentive. I was a little concerned with it being on the 29th floor but that was not a problem at all! There are 6 elevators so the wait was never long at all and you step right out to head down to beach, absolutely perfect! We look forward already to our next visit!

This condo was above and beyond our expectation's! I will refer any and all friends to enjoy it as much as we did. The condo was clean spacious and really made you feel like home away from home. The view of the gulf was breath taking. This place has something for everyone which was perfect for our family of six. Having 4 kids and an age cap between the older two and younger two makes it challenging to accommodate everyone. But we truly have found “our” place to come back and visit. Our kids are begging us to book this same spot for next year! By far our favorite place to stay on the gulf so far. Thanks to the wonderful owners for making such a special place.

This condo is a gem! True oceanfront with incredible 29th-floor views in Orange Beach. Everything was clean, well organized, modern and exactly as listed. The view from the condo is AMAZING and the condo furnishings are just as pictured on the site. We found everything we needed for cooking and eating in the kitchen. Everyone loved the standalone ice maker! We would definitely stay again and for longer!

Fall Break getaway

We absolutely loved this condo and resort! Extremely clean and well stocked as well as quiet with a great view. The host Amanda was very responsive and answered all questions I had prior to the trip. We loved the multiple pools, lazy river and walk up cafe and bar. The water was chilly, but it’s October. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo provided stunning ocean views, immediate access to a perfect beach, at well as access to indoor and outdoor pools. Location is convenient, access to shopping and dining nearby. Nice “Before School” Getaway

Our stay at this condo was very nice! It’s a beautiful condo & very roomy. We loved the view & close proximity to the beach. And the lazy river was awesome!! Although the beach was crowded on some of our days, the beach chair company was able to get us on the front row by the second day. Would stay here again!

The perfect vacation rental

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view of the ocean from the balcony on the 29th floor was stunning. From check-in to check-out we had nothing but excellent experiences. Beautiful Gulf views. Property just as described. Pools/hot tubs, property kept very clean. Very short boardwalk stroll to the white sand beach!! We had a great time. Amanda was quick to answer any questions.

The condo was quite pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was well-done. However, I suggest getting a regular-sized spatula instead of the large grill spatula. I couldn’t find any other spatulas, and it was a bit amusing.

Beachfront Paradise

My family and I have been going to Gulf Shores every year on vacation for well over a decade. We've stayed in dozens of condos, but I must say that this condo was one of our favorites. Outstanding communication / amazing mattress

We had a great time and when we requested advice of local locations of activities, a quick response was provided. The mattresses were so amazing, we will be looking into purchasing that brand for our home. Best nights sleep in a long time. Family fun in the sun

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous condo on the 29th floor! The views from the balcony were incredible especially in the morning (don't forget your binoculars). And don't forget the lazy river, very relaxing. Amanda was the perfect host and was very prompt in all replys. We have stayed in many condo's over the years and this one by far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again.

First time in Orange Beach and we loved it! Great restaurants and activities to do for the kids, even with chilly-but sunny-weather. Overall we loved the property, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The heated pool and beach access were also great. Would highly recommend! We ended up coming home with some basics like detergent, salt and pepper, paper towels that we had to acquire during our stay but a good reminder for next time. Host was attentive and responsive -- we're grateful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The views of the beach were exceptional, and the amenities made for a very comfortable and relaxing family vacation. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in providing a great experience.The only significant drawback—and one that future guests should be aware of—is the elevator situation. During our stay, elevator wait times regularly exceeded 20–25 minutes, especially during peak hours. At times, simply getting to or from our room became a frustrating part of the day and required a great deal of patience.This issue is clearly related to the building rather than the individual condo, and it would not keep us from complimenting the quality of the unit itself. However, if you’re traveling with children, elderly family members, or simply don’t want to spend a considerable amount of time waiting for an elevator, it’s something you should factor into your decision.Overall, the condo was fantastic, but the elevator delays had a noticeable impact on our vacation experience.
