Luxurious Oasis at OB 3br/4ba Beachfront Condo!

Sea Forever is a stunning, newly renovated beachfront condo located on the 29th floor of The Oasis at Orange Beach (Formerly Phoenix West II) and features 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12.

The keyless entry allows you the convenience of beginning your vacation immediately upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. Living area is equipped with a 77" OLED smart television and all bedrooms are equipped with 55" smart LCD televisions. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group.

The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 in the Adirondack rockers.

Bedrooms:
• The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite master bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with two showerheads. Wake up to the beautiful gulf views from your French doors which lead into the dining area, and out to the balcony.
• In the second bedroom, there is another king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• The third bedroom is perfect for families featuring two queen beds and *new* custom twin bunk beds for two additional guests. This bedroom includes another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• The 4th full bathroom features a walk-in shower and houses the laundry closet and is accessible from the hallway.

You can sleep soundly knowing that all towels, bedsheets, and linens are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

Parking:
Parking fees are charged by the building at $60 +tax for all vehicles parking on property. Parking passes must be purchased at the HOA Desk located in the main lobby. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

The view from the condo is AMAZING and the condo furnishings are just as pictured on the site. We found everything we needed for cooking and eating in the kitchen. Everyone loved the standalone ice maker! We would definitely stay again and for longer!

We absolutely loved this condo and resort! Extremely clean and well stocked as well as quiet with a great view. The host Amanda was very responsive and answered all questions I had prior to the trip. We loved the multiple pools, lazy river and walk up cafe and bar. The water was chilly, but it’s October. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice “Before School” Getaway

Our stay at this condo was very nice! It’s a beautiful condo & very roomy. We loved the view & close proximity to the beach. And the lazy river was awesome!! Although the beach was crowded on some of our days, the beach chair company was able to get us on the front row by the second day. Would stay here again!

The perfect vacation rental

The condo was quite pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was well-done. However, I suggest getting a regular-sized spatula instead of the large grill spatula. I couldn’t find any other spatulas, and it was a bit amusing.

We had a great time and when we requested advice of local locations of activities, a quick response was provided. The mattresses were so amazing, we will be looking into purchasing that brand for our home. Best nights sleep in a long time. Family fun in the sun

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous condo on the 29th floor! The views from the balcony were incredible especially in the morning (don't forget your binoculars). And don't forget the lazy river, very relaxing. Amanda was the perfect host and was very prompt in all replys. We have stayed in many condo's over the years and this one by far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again.

First time in Orange Beach and we loved it! Great restaurants and activities to do for the kids, even with chilly-but sunny-weather. Overall we loved the property, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The heated pool and beach access were also great. Would highly recommend! We ended up coming home with some basics like detergent, salt and pepper, paper towels that we had to acquire during our stay but a good reminder for next time. Host was attentive and responsive -- we're grateful!

We have been traveling to Orange Beach for our family/friends summer vacation for many years and the Phoenix West II has always been our favorite but I must say this specific unit at the Phoenix West II (Oasis) is hands down the best one we have stayed in. The unit looks brand new, spotless, has all amenities anyone would need and Amanda went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfection. She was helpful, kind, accommodating, caring and communicated thoroughly and extremely quickly. TOP NOTCH!

1st trip to Orange Beach

This was our first visit to the Alabama coast. Absolutely lovely property. The condo is beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. Amanda was fabulous to work with responding to all inquiries quickly. My only suggestion would be some instructions on the tv remotes. All the tvs had 2 but we could not get local news or weather and the one remote basically did nothing. Would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for an amazing view and that luxury feel on your vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was just as described- very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked- we had everything we needed, The highlight of the condo was its custom Bunkbeds that my granddaughters absolutely loved! They were very well made and comfy. We loved everything about the Sea Forever condo. Anyone who rents it will not be disappointed! Not only did we have a great condo, we had a Super Host! Beautiful Condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was very clean, had an icemaker which was very convenient, and the back patio was spacious! The decor and furniture in this condo were beautiful. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for our girls trip! The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, and tupperware was also available to use! The owner checked in with us at checkin and checkout day and I’m sure she would have been very attentive if we would have had any problems. The adult pool/bar area was super nice and there was easy beach access. There was a separate pool for families with kids, a splash pad for kiddos and another lazy river pool with a slide. Parking passes at the Oasis were pricey per vehicle but I’m sure thats how it is every where these days. I will definitely book again in the future!
