It is the favorite spot on island for surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming and sunning. Four can sleep comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen Sleep Sofa in the living area. The living area can be closed off for privacy using the pocket door.
Whether you're cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, relaxing in front of the flat screen TV or drinking your morning coffee on the balcony you just can't escape the breathtaking view.
Our key less entry lets everyone come and go as they please without worrying about keeping up with keys or cards. Swim in the condo's private pool, shop at the beach boutiques grocery store, drugstore and restaurants, all within walking distance.
The Living area has ceramic tile flooring, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, queen sleep sofa and dining space for 6 people.
The fully equipped kitchen has full size stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This kitchen has everything you need to make a meal for your family. There is a stack-able washer and dryer.
A pocket door separates the living room from the hall. Off the hall is a 3 piece bathroom, with a large low step shower.
The bedroom has a king size bed, a double closet, Television and nightstands and lamps.
Linen is supplied.
There is a pool on the street side of the complex, heated in the winter and an on site fitness center. Complex has adequate off street parking for one car per condo. We have an elevator and stair access.
