Fully equipped kitchen, with white appliance, cream countertops, a double sink and white cabinets, is ready for snack time, a quick meal or a five-course dinner. A breakfast bar has seating for four with high-backed chairs. An adjacent wet bar has lots of extra counter space and an icemaker.
If you’re cooking that five-course meal, an oval table and six chairs are ready in the dining area, overlooking the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The sleek master bedroom has a King-size bed, an extra cushioned seat, two night stands, a large dresser and a wall-mounted flatscreen television. The ensuite master bath has a jetted tub, a large walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity.

The place to be will undoubtedly be on the balcony with an extended cushion loveseat, cushioned armchair with ottoman and a table and four chairs. The private balcony offers superb views of the outdoor pool and lazy river as well as the sugar-white coastline and sparkling Gulf.
Phoenix West features a lazy river with corkscrew slide, a zero-entry outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, a sauna and a grilling area.
The beachfront condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 4.3 miles east of State Highway 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
