Paradise

This has been one of the best vacation stays we've had! The condo is exactly as advertised. The beach and pools were wonderful. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals and had all the tools needed. The balcony and it's view put this stay over the top! I misplaced our parking email and had to email the owner to see if she could resend it. She responded within 10 mins and resent it. Communication was top notch. I highly recommend this condo for your stay. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Nice unit for small family stay

We were very pleased with the unit. The owners have nicely decorated it and it was in good shape for it's age. Would highly recommend it for families with 2 or less children.

Amazing condo with beautiful view!

Great location and view of beach.

Great location. Only downfall is you have to drive or uber to places, but overall great accommodations and great get away if you just want to lounge on the beach in peace.

Cozy and convenient

This condo was close to a pharmacy and a neighborhood Walmart both of which we used. Comfortable bed. Lighting was poor at night. There wasn’t a bright corner to read a book. Ample dishes in the kitchen.

Excited to Go Back in 2024!

This was the second time we have stayed here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Very clean, comfy beds, great communication with the owners, awesome views & location, and we made some wonderful memories. We're already looking at going back next year! :-)

Relaxing

Beautiful view and relaxing beach time! Wish outdoor pools were warmer (not really heated); weather cooler and not warm enough to swim. Lots of amenities and nearby delicious food!

Fabulous getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect. Loved the location. Easiest check in/out process ever! The condo was clean. Had everything we needed to Cook breakfast every morning. I would recommend bringing a blanket & house shoes that’s two things I always forget. We will definitely book again in the future.

Amazing experience!

We had a great ocean view. It was mine and my husband's first vacation. It was hs first seeing the ocean and walking on the beach. We'll be making it a tradition to go every year.

Beach get awy

Property itself was great, but owner failed to inform me that the outdoor side walks in this building were being sandblasted and it was very loud! Tried to contact the owner and got no response. The lady at the check in desk informed me that the owner should have told me this was happening before renting it to me. Besides that we had a great stay! I like an afternoon nap and that was not possible due to the noise. It started back up the neck morning at 9:30am!

Perfect place.

I cannot recommend this condo enough. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated (I especially loved the ropes connecting to the painting in the living room). The water pressure was great, the A/C was ice cold and my kiddo LOVED the bunk beds. I've usually stayed in the higher numbered Phoenixes but this one was just fantastic and could surpass them all. The pools and access to the beach were amazing and very enjoyable. I plan on staying here again in the future! Thank you for providing such a comfortable place!

Beach Trip

We loved the location and size of the condo. The only 2 things I would recommend is definitely get a new mattress ASAP. The one on the bed in the bedroom is worn out. The second is it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels. Other than that, it was great. I would definitely stay there again if it has a new mattress.

Short & Sweet

My daughter, grandson(9months), granddaughter(6) and I enjoyed a quick visit on the way home from a family reunion. The condo was very clean & had everything we could need ( pots& pans, crockpot, etc). We also enjoyed the pool @ our building, the splash pad at Phoenix 1, & the beach. It has a beautiful view from the 8th floor balcony. We watched dolphins and sharks in the morning from the balcony while enjoying our coffee.

Good vacation but sub-par Condo.

There was mold in the bathroom. The light fixtures were very dusty. The drawers in the chest has hair and trash. The blender looked worn and dingy. It was hard for me to feel comfortable seeing the mold and the dust. It made me feel itchy. The location was great and we really made the best of what time we had.

Wedding stay

This was the one part of our wedding that was not ideal, which is disappointing. The venue itself was in a good location and had nice decor. However, the beds were not clean, there was sand in the beds and a heavy ammonia smell (not sure if this was the cleaner used or pee now thinking back on it). My husband and I never went to the beach so the sand did make me feel uneasy. I did inform the owners of this, they were responsive intitially and thanked us for the feedback. My husband and I decided to leave early, since our work schedule and situation changed, we tried to reach out to discuss a potential refund for the day/night we did not stay. I texted and called, but, we never received a reply. I understand life is busy, we waited the last couple days of our stay to reach out, and it is up to the descretion of the VRBO owner to give a refund. Despite this, at least giving us your a call back as to why or why not they could not give our money back would have been appreciated. Now we have paid extra for a day we were not on the property. This is disappointing since we have a large family that visits Orange Beach plus, family in Gulf Shores. We recommend looking elsewhere for a VRBO. Every guest deserves professionalism and at least the common courtesy of a call back. We will be looking for different places to stay and making sure we let others know as well. I hope they use this review to do better next time.
