Gulf Front with Balcony- Perdido Pass-Affordable

Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats come in Perdido Pass or take a short walk along the boardwalk and stroll the sugar white sands of Orange Beach. This is a small complex with only 21 units which cuts down on a lot of noise and traffic. Across the street is San Roc Cay marina which has shops, restaurants, charter fishing, and boat slips.

The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops with a modern, sleek tile black-splash. The condo is very spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. There is a bunk area with 2 small bunk beds that are perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper. The condo is located on the second floor of a three story complex. The complex has an elevator.

The complex is a gated community. There is a gas grill for guests to use.

The complex has a nice, large pool.

Minimum age is 25 to rent.
Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit.

It was such great small cozy place for my family of 5. Owner was so responsive when I called her on my arrive because we drove passed the keypad to enter the gate and couldn’t figure how to enter. It’s a short walk to the beach and the jetties. Place is extactly like the picture. Honestly I will book again. You won’t regret booking this place.

Great little apartment right on the beach

The location couldn't be better. The apartment is compact, but is set up to accomodate 6 people easily. The veranda with ocean view is fantastic. Private boardwalk to the beach. Sofabed could be a little more comfortable.

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and just the right size for the 4 of us. The bedroom and bunks were comfortable. The pull out couch should definitely be used as a last resort as it isnt comfortable but none of them are and had little inpact on our stay. The condo is in a perfectly quiet section of the beach and made for a great trip.

We really loved this place! The location is perfect and I liked that it wasn’t a high rise building. You just walk down a few steps or take the elevator, go out the gate, follow the path, and you’re on the beach in a few minutes. There are a few beach chairs and some toys in the storage box on the balcony. It was so nice to be so close to the unit if one of the kids needed to use the bathroom or needed an extra snack when we were at the beach. There were plenty of bath towels and toilet paper. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer right there, too. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, great view, great beach access, great price

The small condo building is safe and secure with dedicated beach access. The unit was clean and updated. It had a great view for sunrises and of the gulf. The balcony was peaceful. The small pool was nice. It is nestled in between large resorts to either side, but still a relaxing and peaceful location. The unit is accurately described in the ad and pictures.

Great location, but not impressed with property

The property is in a great location for easy access to everything we wanted to do. We had no problem checking in. However, the description said it could accommodate 6 people and that's just a stretch. We had 2 adults and 4 children and we were stepping all over each other. The living room and kitchen areas were an ok size but the secondary "bedroom" was essentially a closet with a set of bunkbeds built in and a little floor space for a suitcase. The ladder for the top bunk was not secured and to the bunk. The bathroom set up was very awkward as well. We understood there would be only one shower so we were prepared for that. However, you could only access the bathrooms by going through a bedroom which made for no privacy for those in the bedrooms. You had to close two pocket doors between the two bathroom vanity areas just to use the secondary toilet. The half bath vanity draw was broken, the tub/shower unit was chipped and outdated, and there was a hole in the wall where the shower head came out. We also had trouble getting the faucet pull down to stay in shower position. Overall, the unit just needs tlc and is not functional for more than two adults and maybe two small children. The pool on the property needed to be cleaned/shocked. I did voice my concerns to the owner but got no response back. We wouldn't stay here again.

Family friendly

My two young boys and I took a much needed trip and had the best time. Everyone we met was so nice, the beach was not crowded and lots of families were present. The room was excellent and the pool taken care of. Will definitely be back!
