"While my family did have a good stay, we arrived to many issues.
1. Elevated broke twice while we were there and the inspection was expired. Big issue when yoi are on the 3rd floor with senior parents and a kid with cerebral palsy. Broke on the last day trying to load the car in the pouring rain.
2. Towel bars were broke in both bathrooms.
3. One of the bedroom doors was ripped off the hinges and could not be closed.
4. Draws in the kitchen were dirty.
