Escape to Emerald Skye 26, a charming 1-bedroom + bunk alcove, 1-bath beachfront condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy retreat offers stunning Gulf views and easy access to local dining, shops, and island adventures.

Inside, you'll enjoy 763 sq. ft. of coastal comfort, featuring a primary bedroom, a hallway twin-over-twin junior bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the living room—comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals when you're not exploring nearby restaurants. The Gulf-front balcony offers breathtaking views, ideal for morning coffee or sunset wine.

Additional conveniences include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

With restaurants located just across the street—and only 36 units in the building—you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, quick beach access, and no long elevator waits.

The Emerald Skye complex features a seasonally heated outdoor pool, a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower, fitness room, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining areas.

The condo was just as advertised, clean and with an incredible view of the sunrises and sunsets. You could sit on the balcony and watch dolphins play. We even swam with sharks and stingrays (no one hurt of course), incredible experience. The host answered any of my questions in a timely manner. I would stay here again. If I could make a suggestion, purchase a folding luggage rack so the suitcase doesn’t have to sit on the floor and a better shower head.

We had a great stay here. The unit was clean and perfect for two people. We didn’t realize the pool was on the parking lot side of the building, but it was fine since we’d rather be on the beach. You will hear the garbage truck loudly emptying the dumpster at 4-4:15 am if you’re a light sleeper. Overall we had a great stay and had everything we needed!

This was perfect for my fiance and I. Beautiful view of the beach and pier with easy and quick beach access. Great location very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the Flora-Bama. There was some construction and a very loud garbage truck every morning around 5AM, but overall we had a great time here!

Orange Beach week-long trip

The balcony and view was great. Very easy access to get to the beach. The condo is decorated nicely with a beach theme. I like that you get a free parking pass and don't have to pay like some condos. The keycode a few times didn't work on the door (doorknob loose) but no major issues. We would definitely stay again. Location is great!

Location great. Property lacking

The view from the balcony and access to the beach was amazing! The unit was musty and dated. There were long black hairs in the bathroom upon arrival (I have short blonde hair) and the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. The bedroom is located at the back of the unit so you hear all the street noise and garbage pick up at 4 am daily —we slept on the pull out couch bed…not exactly what we thought we’d do on our vacation.

Communicating was difficult. Ounce we got through by phone, it was very good. I really did not know if I had a room until I opened the door. I would stay there again. The second floor was nice. The daily work on the building was a little noisy, but the workers were pleasant. Mrs. Sands was very helpful.

Nice location

The reservation process is pretty simple and the payments were easy to understand. It’s a nice property, right on the beach and a very convenient location. We have been to Orange Beach numerous times and this is the first time we have stayed at Emerald Skye. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The washing machine was not working, when we got there, but they were already aware of it and had it fixed before we left. The management was very easy to communicate with, and repair people were very efficient and did not leave a mess. the kitchen was very well equipped and the condo had a very nice layout. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beach View Vacation

The view from the condo was perfect looking out at the beach. I drank my coffee out on the deck every morning taking in all the ocean and the sounds of the waves. The condo was clean. The location was close to all the restaurants we went to and the locations of the bands that played at night. If you plan to cook at the condo, make sure they have all the utensils you need we had to buy a spatula, which didn't cost that much, but that is normally the one thing that is always at a VRBO place we stay at. Otherwise our contact with the owners and getting into the place was great and on time when we arrived.

More of a hotel with kitchen than a VRBO. The unit has no personality and the rules ( which you do not receive until the day before your stay) are a lot- example- do not turn air below 70. My home air is lower than that! Other than temperature- the bed was very uncomfortable. All in all- not a bad stay, just not very welcoming. The management staff was helpful.

The room was as pictured. It was clean Has a great view. The fact that there was one of items furnished with no back up is my only complaint of the room. (Toilet paper, garbage bag. Dishwasher soap). The pool was dirty and dingy. Did not even get to enjoy it. The pool is also shaded for almost the entire day.

The place was clean and neat. The condo was very dated and could use some upgrades. The pool was super small with only a handful of chairs. The view was beautiful. Bring your own pans as the ones available did not look safe to cook with. We ended up buying some while we were there. Also, only one parking spot per rental. We have to pay to have our additional car parked elsewhere for the week.
