This Phoenix VII condo is one of the most beautifully decorated and relaxing condos on the gulf coast. Professionally decorated and fully furnished, there is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

This newly renovated 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.

Come relax on the 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Our condo is located on the third floor, and not a far walk from the elevators. Come see why this unit is the most sought after in Orange Beach!!

Great get away!

The unit was very nicely upgraded! - with the exception of the bathroom ceiling and bathtub/shower surround.. kind of yucky. The property was very clean and not crowded. The pool was very large with so many chaise lounges!. We enjoyed our get away!!

Relaxing Getaway

Property was as described. The bathroom ceiling has some chipped areas above shower that need repaired but overall a great unit. As another reviewer has suggested, a black out curtain is needed in the bedroom due to the outside light that lights up the entire room at night. We loved the beach and pool. Would stay again!!!

The condo was great. I think a curtian in the bedroom to block the light would be nice. It was clean and recently renovated. Construction going on around us but there was little impact. I would stay again! Owner was easy to reach and helpful!

Great Orange Beach, AL Condo!

This was an overall great unit. The condo is nicely updated with new flooring throughout, a new kitchen with everything you need (unless you are on vacation to be a gourmet chef). The pictures and video are exactly what you get when you arrive. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had lots of drawer space and a nice closet. Washer and dryer worked great. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Only issue we had was the shower drain was a little clogged but the problem was resolved quickly!! This will be our go-to condo when we travel to Orange Beach.

View was beautiful, condo needs a few items

The condo was ok. I thought it needed to have the woodwork and walls cleaned especially in the bathroom. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom had mold and was falling down. The kitchen lacked a few items. Salt & pepper, cork screw and paper towel holder was broken. No dish soap was to be found just dish washer detergent. We enjoyed Orange beach and the state parks.

Amazing view

Went to gulf shores for 40th wedding anniversary. Condo was great location. Over all the condo met our needs~the ceiling in bathroom needs serious repair. The popcorn ceiling was peeling above the shower. In addition, I would like to offer a Suggestion~to put blackout curtain in the bedroom-the light in the outside hallway shines into the bedroom(even with the shades closed). If these 2 items were fixed~I would have given a perfect stay. Truthfully, I dreaded taking a shower~due to ceiling. I will travel back to gulf shores in future~it’s a great place to vacation. I also think it would be helpful to have a list of favorite restaurants that other guests have been to~some of my favorites were Big Mike’s steakhouse, Lunas, Ginny Lane, villagillo grill. It would also be nice to have 2 nice beach chairs available. (We did find some in the furnace closet, but they were rusted)

Thus year though it did not seem to be as clean. The bath room did not seem to be as clean and in the kitchen I went to wash dishes in dishwasher and there was an odor. I realized it was due to left over Mac and cheese being in the filter in bottom of dishwasher. I cleaned it out as best I could then I ran it . The odor was still there so I hand washed all the dishes while we were there. The top of the dryer was dirty also.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am in agreement with reviewers who note the condition of the bathroom and the "luxury" misnomer for this unit. The property was fine - that's it. The bed and balcony were its best features. The agency that runs this place is so stingy with supplies - no cleaning supplies in the supply basket, no broom, no sponge, and a long list of things to buy. Front desk ineffectual when it came to handling a complaint about an obnoxious group of guests who held their dinner party at the pool -- literally eating their meal with plates held over the pool. Played loud and excruciatingly bad country music from mid afternoon to closing time at 11 p.m. So bloody selfish, basically subjecting all renters and people in the pool area to their bad taste and manners. (I never witnessed anybody approaching this group to ask for the music to be turned down, if they were asked to do so, they didn't comply). None of the maintenance concerns and upkeep type of items (such as cleaning/replacing an aging dirty couch) that other renters have mentioned have been addressed. More negatives than positives. Nothing special about this place at all.

We didn’t have to go very far for shops and restaurants which made the location extremely convenient. As far a the property, I wouldn’t classify it as luxurious. It’s a one bedroom unit that was equipped with everything we needed but it’s literally small. The ceilings are extremely low, and the unit had a stale smell. The bathroom was certainly not included in the remodel. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The bedroom TV would randomly shut off which was inconvenient if you had to go back into Netflix which took a sec. The unit is also on the 3rd floor so take the stairs, as the elevators took FOREVER! You are paying for the location in my opinion.
