The second floor includes 2 more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and hallway bunk beds. • Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Orange Beach prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: Cottages at Romar offers a private boardwalk with dedicated beach access.
• Monthly Stays: Monthly reservations are welcome during December, January, and February.
• Parking: There is 1 dedicated parking space and 2 overflow spaces, for a maximum of 3 vehicles.
• Professional Management: Diamonds and Pearls is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
