Awesome view of the ocean, great area to be in as beach was never really crowded. And perfect for young children because not much decor around for them to get their little hands on!😉
Really enjoyed the unit! The views made it perfect! The surrounding area had so many experiences and things for us to do. Many options for food nearby.

Only negative comment is the signage is difficult to see the name of the condo from the street.

We had an amazing time!!!! This was our annual girls trip, no husbands, no children It was clean, modern, had everything we needed. We did have a maintenance issue but they came out immediately and fixed it. We will definitely come again and will recommend to our friends!!
As far as convenience and comfort it was just the best. The bed couch even chairs were just a cozy spot to sit and watch the ocean. The location right on the beach could not be beat. We walked right out the boardwalk ev morning and steps to our chairs we rented for the week also at a great deal. We weren't 100% where to go when we first got there but promptly got a phone call on where to go and good instructions. Overall we loved it and I cannot wait to return!
Unit was more spacious than expected. Balcony and view is super on the 10th floor. Best feature is the distance to the coast line! No long walks carrying your stuff to coast line on the beach. Would stay again.
The location was great, property was a little dated. Different than the photos but still nice. The parking was horrible, not near enough room to park and had to pay extra for parking. They provided one parking pass but not two. This was not clear in booking details. Overall rating good.
Great condo on the beach and a great unit! Very nice and clean and spacious! Parking is underground so your vehicle stays shaded and out of the weather which is very nice!
My only Karen comments are the fitted sheet on the master King needs to be replaced because it’s really rough feeling for anybody’s liking and there were not any extra sheets there to change it out. The king mattress is comfortable but has that big infamous hump in the middle. Other than that it’s a great place and would recommend for sure! Especially if you Love Flora Bama! It’s a 10 minute walk to it on the Beach!

Very dissatisfied with the property management!!!
The condo is in a great location. Could use some updates the master bedroom gets extremely hot during the day even with the air-conditioning on there us absolutely nothing in the condo except dishe, no coffee fulters or spices of any type. We stayed 12 days and the llast 4 of them we woke up at 7am to the floors above is being redone i called management and they said they knew nothing about it which was a lie i saw the email that was sent to them letting them know, they failed tell us and i was told twice that someone would call me back and they still haven't
We had a wonderful time everything was exactly as described if not better. Our family of 4 enjoyed every minute of our trip and we'll definitely be back to do it again!
This was a beautiful condo! Unfortunately we stayed when the hurricane came through so we were not able to enjoy everything. However, the property manager and company we went through were absolutely amazing. I will definitely book this property again!

The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the beach was excellent. I was disappointed there were no grills. We brought food to grill and we were pretty upset to find out they were all broken and being replaced. I wish we were made aware of that before hand. The shower in the master bath had poor water pressure and the bath tub wouldn’t hold water. Condo itself could use some updating. Overall it was an ok stay but we will choose somewhere else next year.
Loved this property!! Everything was exactly like pictured. My only complaint was the master shower was dirty. The faucet knobs had nasty stuff caked up on them. Other than that everything was perfect!
This condo was nicely decorated and offered comfy beds. We had no problems with any appliances etc. We did wish it had an ice maker in the bar area but also understand they can be a hassle for owners. The beach access was just a few step away from the garage which made it easy for our group of girls to carry items to the beach! Will definitely book again!
This condo had everything my wife and I wanted and needed for our short vacation. Small things like a coffee maker, great air conditioning, extra blankets, really good water pressure, and a great view of the gulf go a long, long way. The master bedroom was so spacious and had a great view of the beach for when it was too hot to sit on the balcony. The condo was clean upon arrival and the check-in and check-out process with Poole was seamless. This condo is money well-spent and we will definitely be back.
Parking is horrible. Construction and lack of communication on there actually being a problem. Also the master bath on this property has an issue with it not being clean and smelling like urine.
Would have been good except there was major construction going on beside our unit. The noise was so bad that we couldn’t speak to one another without raising our voices. But the company we rented from were so good and they refunded our money.
We checked out 2 days early due to noise from jackhammering and sandblasting, couldn’t use the balcony and couldn’t use the living room since all the balcony furniture was stacked in there. Also they worked inside one whole day repairing Ac and water leak.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The condo had plenty of room. Beach and pool access were very easy. Very spacious master bedroom with ample room for packnplay. Host company was very quick at responding to all questions/concerns we had.Master bathroom, mainly showerhead, could use some TLC and a good scrub. The shower head was covered in mold/water residue that was hanging from the faucet. We showered in the second shower the whole week. Otherwise, very clean. Garden tub in master was fabulous for bathing littles. Carpets in bedrooms are old and stained and could used to be replaced. Closet door in second bedroom fell on us as soon as we opened it, so we just didn't touch it again. Parking was a struggle at night. There does not seem to be enough spaces for the amount of condos/guests.Check in and out were very easy as it's just a code on the door. I'm probably just a paranoid mom, but there is no way to lock the condo from the inside. No latch, no deadbolt, nothing. It always locked behind us when we left, but from the inside it always appeared unlocked which just made me nervous with littles. And super nervous at night.Excellent blackout curtains/shades in both rooms. Master did get hot during the day, but it gets direct sunlight and cooled off fabulously at night or if we just kept the curtains closed it stayed much cooler.Overall, the location can't be beat, and we weren't worried about the littles damaging anything. It was a great week!
Old, Tired, Under Construction, Horrible Management
As of this review (June 22, 2022) , The Broadmoor has been under renovation and new construction for about a year. A fact that was not disclosed at all. There is construction debris everywhere, NO POOL, hazardous conditions. This unit needs updating and repair. Appliances are worn and crusty. Rugs are faded. Many light bulbs blown in lamps and ceiling fixtures. During our stay the building was being sandblasted and scraped causing dust to cover our balcony rendering it unusable the entirety of our stay. We contacted the management but they never sent anyone to clean it.
Furthermore, this buildings is managed by Poole and associates. You have to pick up and return your keys to their office 15 miles from the Condo.
