UNMATCHED!!! is one word that could be used to describe this amazing vacation rental. Phoenix Orange Beach II Unit 2005 sets itself apart from others in every respect. This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo is located in the heart of Orange Beach. This 20th floor unit offers floor to ceiling unobstructed panoramic views of the beach, ocean, & Perdido Pass. It sits right across from Zeke's Landing and Marina. You can walk across the street to eat at local restaurants or check out the day's catch. It is also convenient to local supermarkets. Covered parking allows easy, convenient access to the building & the unit utilizes keyless entry.

Once inside, up to 14 occupants can start the vacation of a lifetime. Unit 2005 offers unmatched decor where guests will enjoy their rest on a king bed in the master and 2 queen sized beds in each of the other 3 bedrooms. Boasting a large 75 inch smart TV, the living room is the easy spot to watch ballgames. Some may choose to enjoy the cool comfort of the astonishing views, while some may want to go out onto the spacious balcony. A beautiful dining area adorns the balcony and a lounger and love seat make hanging out and relaxing easy as well. Back inside you can rest assured every need is met as the unit offers fully-stocked kitchen, full size appliances, wet bar and ice-maker, washer & dryer, hairdryers, and stunning decor.

As you venture outside, Phoenix Orange Beach has a lazy river, a zero entry pool, a corkscrew waterslide, splash pad, heated indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are conveniently located near the pool and a conference room and a remarkable fitness center is close by. Exercise while enjoying lovely beach views as well. No trip is complete without a walk down the beach or enjoying your beach chair while dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico. Come make memories of a lifetime and vacation in luxury!

*There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.*

**Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4 bedroom unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. Please note we do not expect an extra pass availability during the summer season.**

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was is descent condition when we arrived from what we could tell. The location was perfect, everything was convenient. But the condo could use some upgrades. The ice maker leaked multiple times, the refrigerator ice maker locked up and leaked, didn't work right. The sinks would not turn off properly in the kitchen and most bathrooms.The bed in the master suite is completely worn out with a big hump in the middle of it. There was trash under the beds and furniture that had not been picked up. The couch is filthy, who would put a white couch in a rental. The knobs on the TV cabinet in the living room kept falling off and the baby dropped one one of them on her toe, she will probably loose that toenail.The floors were not cleaned, we swept multiple times, I know it's hard with the sand, but the kids were running around barefoot and had black feet!They barely left enough towels for our 11 people and no washing machine soap at all. Only one hand towel per bathroom, and no dish soap at all, I've never been in a condo that left so little to use. The coffee pot and dishwasher are completely worn out, the coffee pot kept shutting off and the dishwasher wouldn't work the first time we turned it on ever, always had to turn it on twice.The day security guard is a complete jerk and was very rude to us during our entire stay.The night guard was very friendly and nice. Our representative Mark from Alabama Vacation Properties very friendly and helpful, as was the older lady at the front desk, she was great!The price was very reasonable and we enjoyed all getting to stay together!We would stay again or recommend to a friend if some upgrades were made, otherwise we would prefer a different unit next time.

The bedrooms were comfortable and just right for a good night’s sleep including comfy quilts and sheets. Being able to walk to the beach, see the beach and have access to a pool is wonderful. Thank you for having covered parking. I can see how important that is for a sunny and hot day. The table and general seating was perfect. LOVE the outside space - spacious and great seating.Things that I wish could be improved - Either providing the following or letting guests know that they need to provide: coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap for the kitchen, wine bottle opener, more trash bags, things for food storage like plastic wrap. Other things that would be helpful: a properly functioning coffee pot, water faucets that don’t drip, hooks for wet swim suits and beach towels, better guide to the TV, list of things going on in OB (your opinion of best restaurants, availability of family friendly activities, list of tennis or Pickleball, bingo and trivia nights, to name a few).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is in a great location, the overall property is well maintained . The individual unit itself was in dire need of maintenance and cleaning!!! On arrival we had a water leak comming from the wall and out onto the tile floor. called desk to report they are not responsible for individual units.However after the third day of our stay and mopping up water they solved the problem. The A/c unit was filthy, I spent 2 hours vacuuming dust and debris from the ac unit, sticker for service indicated it had not been serviced or filters changed since may and my stay was first week of october. furniture and couches and rugs were filthy and stained. Overall the complex was very clean and nice, however for what we paid for a 7 day stay the condo owners need to have it professionally cleaned before renting it out.
