Welcome to Phoenix VII 1217, your perfect beach getaway. This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 10 guests and is located right on the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach, offering breathtaking Gulf views, modern comforts, and resort-style amenities that make every stay unforgettable. This condo features an electronic lock, so enjoy convenient self-check-in with a secure electronic lock—no keys to worry about during your stay. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, exploring nearby attractions like The Wharf and Gulf State Park, or dining at fresh local seafood spots, our condo offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.


The condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a thoughtful and flexible bedding arrangement. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen-size bed, and the third bedroom boasts 2 full-size beds. The hall bath includes a tub/shower combo, and the living area features a sleeper sofa to accommodate even more guests. Each bedroom is equipped with direct TV and plenty of closet space for a relaxing, home-like stay.


The entry area closet has a beach wagon, toys, beach chairs and umbrella for your use. There are hair dryers, iron, and ironing board along with a child playpen as well for ultimate convenience and ease.


Your new home away from home features open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. Floor to ceiling windows line the walls with beautiful direct views of the Gulf. There is a large wrap around balcony with two sliding glass door entry points off the kitchen and living areas. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your comfort. There is a Keurig for your convenience.

Beautiful Views

Pheonix VII is a great place to stay. Unit had spacious bedrooms. The hall is pretty tight and the livingroom is pretty small.

Enjoyable vacation

Condo we good with enough space for all. Our overall experience was good. There was plenty to do if we chose. Large negative was the elevators, constantly waiting for one despite that there were being four of them.

Beautiful corner condo

This updated and comfortable 3 bedroom condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Although we had a few days of rain to contend with, we still had plenty of tome to enjoy the beach. Overall the condo was great, and the beds were quite comfortable , although the living room could use a table or two and a lamp. My main complaint was the very sketchy tv service, and with the rain days, we were in need of a distraction a time or two.

All the other rental properties I have a rented supply coffee & shampoo. Probably my biggest complaint would be a 4pm check in and a 10am check out. With over $500 a night, those times don't even equal 2 full day. Little things like the above would drive me to go a completely different route next time.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay here for spring break! The large balcony is perfect, though the new building being built on the left does obstruct your sunrise views, but other than that the view is A++! I recommend walking down to the pier for the sunset views anyway! Only complaint is we had a really hard time with the living room TV….it didn’t like to connect and it kept losing volume so we’d have to reset and pray we could get it connected again. Overall a minor issue since we were not there to watch tv anyway! The property manager was extremely helpful and very kind in helping us extend our stay an extra day. Location is close to everything but far enough down the road you skip some of the heavier traffic! 100% recommend!
