    THINGS TO KNOW

    The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

The unit itself was nice and roomy, but it was very minimal. Usually there are spices, foil, zip lock or sandwich bags left by others. There was not a single thing like that at all, no games, no beach items at all. Just a cabinet full of books left by others. I like to clean like I was at home but had to go buy a dust pan to use with the really bad broom. It needs a book with all codes for doors, WiFi etc. The pool furniture, while it looks great, it is so hard. The building needs to add cushions to them.The location is perfect, the view is great and the building being on the smaller size was easy to get an elevator. Staff on site were friendly and helpful.
