Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room with new flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the Master bedroom with a King sized bed, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi, and state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a 12th floor indoor tennis court.
For Large Groups we also have another 3br unit on the same floor.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
