Beach Front 2 Bedroom Condo - Phoenix I 1077

  • Just steps from the waters edge with beautiful views from our 7th floor beachfront balcony, living room and master bedroom. Our condo has been freshly painted throughout, newly renovated kitchen with new cabinets, pantry, quartz countertops and dinning area with seating for six. Master bedroom with king bed has gulf view, access to the balcony an on-suite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite combo bath.

    *Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson's Terms & Conditions.**Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
    For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the small starter pack of essentials that was provided when we arrived.Check-in was easy, although we did have to wait a little while. The elevators worked well during our stay, with the only delay being on checkout day when they were understandably busy.The location is excellent. It's just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions, which made everything very convenient.The only suggestions I have are minor. The bedding was a little thin, and there weren't any extra blankets in the room. It wasn't enough to affect our stay, but having an extra blanket available would have been nice. Also, the pool stays open until 11:00 p.m. Since our room overlooked the pool, you could hear people outside in the evenings. If you're a light sleeper or go to bed early, that's something to keep in mind.Overall, we had an excellent experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
