Great Labor Day weekend getaway!!
Terrific condo - amenities and location were perfect and exactly as advertised. The lazy river facing the beach was a huge hit as it gave us an alternative to the ocean (lots of jellyfish during our stay). The condo was directly across from grocery shopping and great retail which was super convenient! We’d come back without question!!

Beach Bliss
I have rented many condos, many places, but this one ranks near the top. The tower isn't new, but this unit has obviously been recently, professionally remodeled. It is as gorgeous as the pictures indicate. there were 9 of us and we had space to spare. Beds were comfy, plenty of dining space, kitchen well equipped. Regular coffee maker, black iron skillet! I highly recommend this lovely unit.

It was very nice. The condo was clean, wonderful view of the beach, easy access to the beach and staff were helpful when we had a question. It would be a great place for a family vacation too.

Nice condo/Not managed well.
It was beautiful and updated. Seemed new - kitchen furnishings were sparse. Check in was not easy - no one at desk after 5. We were very tired and had to return to Phoenix V 3 times to correctly check in. I tried the jets in the large tub and they blew out much mildew and mold. That was very unpleasant. Tubs and sink were not sufficiently cleaned. Neither were counter tops. They felt gritty as I wiped them off first time. But it was a beautiful condo and it was orange beach - so we brought it up to our standards on cleanliness and had to buy a few things for our 2 weeks stay, for the kitchen. Also - not nearly enough towels and wash cloths and hand towels - we had to buy extra of those for ourselves.
