This amazing unit is located in Harbour Place complex, which is in a prime location in the heart of Orange Beach directly on the beach. Some amenities include a gulf-front outdoor pool with swim through indoor pool, BBQ grilling area available, and covered sitting areas by both the BBQ spot and indoor pool!
Relax and unwind in your new favorite home away from home with all the modern conveniences in this top floor, 3BR/3BA gulf front condo. Enjoy panoramic views of sugar white beaches and sparkling gulf water from your large covered balcony, with new premium sliding glass door!
Need a break from the sun? Living room features a 50-inch SMART TV to stream from your own NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc. account. Bedrooms all feature SMART TVs. Working remotely? Our Wi-Fi will keep you connected while the gorgeous ocean views wash all your cares away.
Fully-stocked kitchen includes everything to make a perfect meal with an amazing view!
E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg - system disabled w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.
Parking for 2 cars - parking permit $32 per vehicle required. Monthly guests, please note, a new permit required per month. Covered parking is available under the building on a first come, first serve basis.

***Upcoming Project: Oracle will be starting the elevator modernization on the South elevator on August 15th. They anticipate repairs will take approximately 6 weeks to complete. During this time, only the North elevator will be operational and elevator wait times could be longer.
Guest access
You will have sole access to the entire condo. Owners closets will be locked.
Other things to note
The occupant/renter must be at least 25 years old & they must be staying in the property for the entire. If the guest on the reservation is not at least 25 years old, check-in will not be permitted. No refund will be given for violation of rules.
Orange Beach quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
No events or parties permitted in unit or on complex premises. No refund will be given for violation of rules.
