3rd Floor Incredible Location-Wifi-2 BR/2 BA Loft Sleeps 8

You'll love the location. This small complex is one you'll return to. Starting with the covered parking to the pristine white beaches your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. Our place is spacious with over 1400 square feet. The large den has sliding glass access to the private patio. The large patio with a picnic table has a view of the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the roar of the surf and view the gulf day or night.

We love spending time with our family in the den and one the patio. The den has room for your blow up mattress. The large loft offers a semi-private get away for quiet time and naps. The loft has a comfortable twin bed and a futon to add sleeping area so you have plenty of room. We have two private bedrooms with comfortable beds. The master has it's own sliding door access to the patio. Our condo has tile floors in the bathrooms, kitchen and den with carpet in the bedrooms. We have new appliances, counters, blinds, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and lots of utensils for cooking meals. This condo has 2 TV's, 1 DVD/VCR's. Seascape complex has wifi thru-out the complex. Come visit and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Hidden gem don’t sleep on this one

This place will not disappoint you! The view is amazing and beach access is literally just a stones throw away. Amazing balcony that did allow for quiet time in the morning and at night. Did I mention the beds were so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again, if available, when we go back to the beach. Perfect for a week long family get away. My friend loved the fact it has an elevator too.

Nice stay in Orange Beach

Our trip was overall lovelt in Orange Beach. The condo was a bit dated, but given that we were not in there much, that was not a big deal. The area was quiet and in close proximity to a lot of attractions.

The property was clean, peaceful,safe it was worth the stay , I will be revisiting this property again, everything was really nice.only thing, the loft could use some curtains and the bathroom could use more than one roll of tissue but all in all it was wonderful

Our family enjoyed our stay. Every question I had the owner sent a response within minutes, the condo was nice within a minute walk to the beach and there is several things you can do within walking distance. I will book again!

Cute place great location

Owner was amazing at accommodating our last minute stay and helped us out when we didn’t get the instructions. The place was clean and super cute and my family of 7 had plenty of room. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time.

Great stay at Seascape

Wonderful stay at Seascape! We traveled with 4 adults and 3 children. Proximity to the beach was great! The complex is small and individual homes are in front so we didn't have any large crowds to contend with. Parking is small but plenty of room for a large SUV and a CRV. Kitchen also has everything you need and if you forget something grocery stores are just down the street. Souvenir shop is within walking distance! Overall, we loved our stay and hope to be back in years to come!

Great family vacay!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Everyone slept comfortably and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. There’s a lot to do! We wished we would have stayed longer throughout the week. We stayed over Labor Day weekend, checked in Friday and left Tuesday. The weather was perfect. It rained one morning and we used that time for shopping. The host is very responsive to questions and suggestions.

First experience with VRBO

All arrangements were great. Condo totally furnished and nice. Location excellent. Only downside elevator unusable for 6 weeks. Hauling groceries etc to 3rd floor somewhat strenuous. Host did say it would be having maintenance. Pool had sign Closed entire time we were there. Cable tv on website. No cable just streaming with indoor antenna getting 1 local station

Condo needs upgrading. Electrical outlets worn out. 2 lamps didn’t work. TV’s were awful. Location was great. Beds were very comfy. Very quiet. Very clean. Will stay again.

Family Trip

Everything shown on the website for this property is accurate. Spacious condo close to the beach was large enough for our family of eight. The kids loved the loft and the outdoor pool at night. The walk to the beach was a little further than I had in mind, the beach access is on the other side of the building, it took us about five minutes to walk from the room to the sand. The condo next to ours has a large outdoor pool area and they played loud music almost constantly, sometimes until the early morning hours. We could hear the music playing while trying to sleep. Would definitely stay here again, just bringing ear plugs next time.

Dated but nice

Great location. 3rd floor walk up 4 flights (ground floor is parking.) Parking is tight. Lots of room in condo. Beds and linens were fine. Table lamps were wobbly. Baseboards were kinda old and dirty. Unit was in need of updating but worth the price even so. Less than half the price of other units nearby. Overall I was happy with the experience. I would give it 4 1/2 stars but that was not an option.

Perfect in everyway

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Sat on balcony with clear view of the beach. It was a very short walk to get there. Elevator came in very handy with small children and aging adults. Very clean had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home. Great that we were within walking distance of many stores including dollar general and Wal mart only about 5 minutes away. The only draw back I could see which was not a game changer is that we had to go to another location to pick up and drop off key. Would have been nice to just have code to unlock a box and get key out. But we will most definitely be back. Thank you for the great vacation

Great Stay in Orange Beach!

We have to add another outstanding review for Larry's beach home - it was exactly what we needed and wanted for our family's vacation. Communication was great from the day I made the reservation, and picking up the keys was as easy as could be. The unit was clean and there was plenty of space for us - a family of two parents and four kids between 14-20. The two younger boys used the loft and enjoyed being able to have a space to call their own for the week, since they're often the ones who have to use air mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and we weren't hunting for anything we needed to cook while we were there. I can't emphasize enough how nice the beach was in front of the unit, with more than enough space for people to not feel cramped at all. I walked down the beach to some of the high rises on either side and there were chairs/umbrellas just packed on top of one another - not at all my idea of a relaxing beach. It was a quick walk away and there are multiple showers to get the sand off before going back to the unit. If our travels take us to Orange Beach again, I would absolutely reserve Larry's home again. Thank you for a great trip!

The condo was really nice. Plenty of space and clean. The only thing that I j didn’t like about the place. My son is in a wheelchair. He is handicapped. He can’t go to the beach so he likes to sit at the pool, but he could not go to the pool because it was not wheelchair accessible. some of the parking places like the one we had for our condo was kind of hard to park because of being really close to other vehicles and the concrete peers holding the condo up. other than that, we will be trying to stay at this place again. Hopefully when we come back, they will have a ramp at the pool.
