The staff at the hotel went over and above international standards to make our stay an unforgettable experience. The hotel offers a soft ambience set in luxury with a old world charm that is truly unique. I would highly recommend this hotel above all other hotels in Oran.

An absolute gem! This was our first time staying at this gorgeous property, and everything exceeded our expectation. When we visit again, we will be sure to stay at the Royal Hotel Oran.

exceptionally good, for Algerian standard
Compared to other hotels in Algeria this one is very good, even the best we have had in three weeks. In Algiers we have been to much more expensive places that could not compete with this hotel.

Loved the hotel and the location
Stayed there between 14th-21st September 2015. I was picked up from the airport on time and I got to the hotel within twenty minutes or so. I had a lovely room on the fourth floor (415), with a large balcony, view over the boulevard and a great sea view. You can see "front mer". The room mini bar was replenished every day with soft drinks, fizzy and non fizzy water. I greatly appreciated the welcome gesture of a miniature mouse/cookies when I got back to my room, on the day of arrival. The hotel location is perfect for sightseeing, walking distance to various sought after places. I was born in Oran and I've never stayed in a hotel there before, because I have family near by but I have enjoyed my own space, the peace and quiet after a busy day. The hotel offers a large selection of breakfast items, cooked fresh to order. I must say that I stayed in various hotels both in Europe and USA and I must say this hotel focus was not getting you to pay for every little extra things. You can sit at the bar and enjoy an expresso, at no extra charge during your breakfast time. I had by breakfast delivered to my room again at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Marvelous!!!
This hotel is amazing! So beautiful and elegant! The whole hotel is like a boutique hotel, very well furnished and decorated with such a fine taste! It is really special. The breakfast was just delicious, everything was fresh and a great verity of fruits, pastries and bread. Staff at breakfast was helpful and nice. Honestly, if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Oran, this is the one and only!! I loved it!!

Hôtel mérite ses 5 étoiles bien situé pour visiter les différents sites d’Oran le staff est très gentille et très professionnel j’ai trouvé mon hôtel à Oran pour les prochaines fois Petit déjeuner copieux un plaisir sauf les jus pas top j’aurai aimé un vrai jus pressé qui est en extra sinon le reste rien à dire

Le plus bel Hôtel en Algérie
L’Hotel Royal est un bijou en Algérie! Il faut absolument y passer au moins une nuit pour le comprendre. L’hôtel est très beau et très propre. Je recommande fortement!

Classic hotel with perfect location
A very nicely kept hotel. Basic elegance. Bar available. Spa and gym closed during pandemic. Ordinary breakfast with limited structure to the service organisation (many staff, limited outcome). Very good bed. Rooms were kept perfectly. Air port shuttle can be ordered in advance. Limited use of the reception desk when in need of PCR laboratory on a Friday (find excellent service at Laboratoire Belarbi), when in need of advise about a cash point accepting international bank cards (refer yourself to BNP, far away but it’s the only one working), or when in need of tourist recommendations. Order a quality taxi at the reception or take the usual ones at the street. Closest good restaurant is La Cintra on the same street. The Fort Santa Cruz is easily available by taxi. Royal hotel will definitely be my choice on my next visit.

Excellent séjour! Le staff est aux petits soins et vraiment à l’écoute du client. Séjour idéal au cœur d’Oran, dans un hôtel de charme encore dans son jus. Le check-in était un peu lent, mais l’hôtel faisait face à un grand afflux pour le soir du réveillon.

Good hotel in the central downtown of Oran
We was here for 4 days business trip, and it's nice place to stay in this luxury hotel. It's safe and with many unique paintings which you cannot find in other hotels, but the outside traffic and train making serious noises.

Très bonnes prestations hôtelières, tout était très bien excepté le restaurant les embassadeurs, nous y avons mangé le soir de notre arrivée, et nous n'y sommes plus retourné ( j'avais commandé un méchoui qui est arrivé à peine décongelé...) le restaurant buffet par contre est parfait produits frais et variés. Le personnel adorable....

La chambre était propre et sympa. L'équippement a fonctionné comme il faut. L'hotel est situé au centre ville, mais le vendredi tous les magains et restaurants sont fermés! Les chaines installées à la télé montrent que des infos. le personnel était discret et le petit déjeuner acceptable.

Mon séjour a été plutôt satisfaisant.Le personnel est compétent ,très présentable et souriant et toujours au service du client.Un jardin avec piscine seraient les bienvenus.On manque d'espace vert.Globalement je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui est digne d'un 5 étoiles international.
