"I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. I took some time off and needed to get away - it was off season, but these guys are on top of it. Room service was great. They handled my spa services. Even made me a to go lunch since I had a very early flight the day I left. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are all nice and have great views facing the bay - nice, quiet location too. "

Miss Zeynep’s daily visits brought both spotless cleanliness and a bright, uplifting energy… her smile truly changed the room. Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. "The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times. "
