"A toilet keep clogging up take forever to get help bathroom sink clogged up waiting for maintenance. Three hours. Food was good but to get things done in the room horrible."

"The location was very good and secured also the gift shops, restaurants including Marguritaville, Starbucks and others are just across the street. White sand beach just behind the property. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were manicured but the pool was dirty and unusable. Repairs to the compound and roof were still being repaired from hurricane Melissa damage which is understandable. The room itself was extremely dated... 1950 or 60's. The sofa was old saggy and soiled.. Tge reception was very kind and gave me a clean sheet to throw over it. I slept on top of the bed because under the cover sheets apperanced stained. Everything could be easily fixed by the owner of the unit. For the one night it was doable. The units are all privately owned and maintained so perhaps a different unit may be more updated."

"Beautiful property … all rooms facing the water… nice balconies. Nicely equipped. Resort areas are very nice , elegant and homey. Atmosphere very worm inviting. Quiet and without kids:)) Secluded, private beach 🏖️ Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Professional. Restaurants with great food options and nice music at dinner time . Love this place and we will be back very soon . Beautiful views 🎉"

"The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance. This misleading information from Expedia created an unpleasant first impression at the hotel. The hotel has old facilities, which are reasonably well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the room, water a refrigerator, and a kettle with very much appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . Still 5 star but dropped the ball on us this stay. Probably more my luck , then the norm."

"I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic experience, this is not the property for you…LOUD music every single night late into the night. The beach was dirty. There really was nothing good about this place aside from what we got to see while snorkeling just beyond the beach area. "
