It was amazing beautiful peaceful central clean tidy the view was outstanding facilities were great the caretaker was lovely and very helpful and the owner was a delight to communicate with. Ferries run 6.00am (but start engines at 5.30am) and run until 10.00pm. Once they stopped guys came and started jet washing and scraping the wharf slipway - at 11pm.... right outside the room. Very Noisy. Hard to sleep
