"My overall experience was wonderful. This is my second summer visiting Opatija for a few nights and being a guest in this hotel. Room I got was situated on the first floor facing the main street. It was beautiful and large but very loud. I asked for something quieter and got it without a problem. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, he even took my suitcase to the room. The room was clean and cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Will visit again and would highly recommend. Thank you!"

"Reception staff were very helpful , friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than check in time and being offered to ether leave luggage at the desk or take available room in short time. We were very happy to take option “B” get into room and go to the beach. Food was great. Restaurant very busy place that could use more servers. Wait for food could take over 45 minutes. Overall great place to spend weekend or vacation!"

"Wonderful hotel, great location and staff were friendly apart from one woman Mariana or Marina from reception who was rude after we had checked out, will be reaching out to the hotel to chase up on this. Leon was really helpful and would like to recommend him. The hotel genuinely tries to earn its rating."
